"... And instead of Canada, this is Mexico." Ha-ha! I love it. I also love the fact that you put a piece of paper towel in the bottom of the sugar mold so as not to dull your pencil points. SLICK! Nice one!
:D Thanks for watching, buddy! Glad you liked it. And yessir... I often see pencils stored POINT-UP, but I somehow see that as dangerous, so something soft in the bottom for the tips makes me feel OK storing them upsidedownwards. :)
The music tying everything together and flowing throughout, maintaining the rhythm even during the cut-out is so thoughtful and impactful. That’s a sense of style and design that can’t be taught. Also, I need to get me some sugar molds!
Wow. Thank you for that super high compliment! With it being a shorter video, I felt like I had extra time to try and sweeten things up with some music. SO glad you enjoyed that!
Great idea! I need something to help me organize everything. I love to organize. Always a pleasure to hear your voice. We love Crafsfamily! - Sister Gigi xoxo
When I heard it in my headphones, I thought "That sounded SO pleasant!" and just had to include it. :D Glad you enjoyed it as well! Thank you for watching!
Somehow my notifications didn't pop up so this was a nice little surprise on a Sunday evening after putting the kids to bed and (almost) finishing tidying up. Goodnight!
Never heard of them before but another thing similar i buy whenever i find them is the old wooden inserts from cash registers or banks that hold change -somehow the hole is balled inside so when you slide up small things they roll into your hands
Hey Doug! :D YESSIR! Those are outstanding! I know the feeling of trying to get a washer from a box. The curve makes ALL the difference. Hope you are well, buddy!
I used to have some California Job Cases- they're wooden frames divided up into different-sized spaces for old-fangled lead type pieces from when printing was way more hands-on. They don't have the curvy bit at the bottom to make things slide into your hand but it would be easy to make them up and put them in. The cases were great for organizing small nuts and bolts and stuff like that. They're harder to find these days and cost more than sugar molds but they're really cool.
I recently started doing some redecorating/designing of my home office to an industrial chic lookin' type of vibe. You know - pipes, sheet metal, metal mesh, brick, and then some wood to give it some warmth and 'natural' elements to it (like, pipe+wood for a desk or shelving and such). I was kinda iffy on using 'modern' desk organizers since it didn't have the same feel. I think snagging a couple of these to put on my desk and on shelves and all that is *just* what I needed to tie everything together. Thanks a ton for the idea Crafsman - you're the best!
that vocoder effect gave your voice a kind of sugary sparkle. that was nice. being from the south myself i have never seen these anywhere. but i will have to do a little digging because they do look handy, and much better than the tool rack i made.
This is why I love you Craftsman, because you are crazy cool 🤗😎 Thank you for mentioning my Home country of Canada 🇨🇦 I love maple syrup🍁 it’s delicious 😋
My wife heard me watching this, and thought you were talking about “Sugar Moles”. She was hoping to look up and see you making some cute little moles out of sugar! This could be a new updated version of the classic, old fashioned sugar mice confectionery! Keep up the wonderful videos Mr C 🎹🎹🎹
Love the use of embossed labelers, CrafsMan. They're even being sold in today's world of electronic printers. Pretty sure I have at least two, maybe three of them here at my place!
ALONZO!!!!! MY MANNNNNNNNN!!!!!! Yessir - I am a huge fan of those. We have a couple around here, and I have gone through multiple rolls of tape, in various colors. I like so much that the letter spacing is never exact, and a little bit off vertically as well. It adds to the charm, in my opinion. :)
Thank you for educating me on sugar moulds. I live in the UK and I never did hear of such a thing. I can see the usefulness of a sugar mould. I love the look of them. I'm going to look on the interweb and get me a sugar mould or 2. I love you Crafsman, have a steady week now.
Awesome stuff my man. I would love to see more of these cultural/lifestyle kinds of videos. They really help me appreciate the uniqueness of your part of the world.
If I had a workshop like yours, I would always be in the workshop. It looks like a place to dream & bring forth new ideas. Love it! Thanks for the idea for organizing my tools. I am in the process of setting up my own workstation. :)
Check out the sugar cones in Germany…they use them for Feuerzangenbowle, a New Years celebration with hot wine and rum burning on a sugar cone. Yum. Thanks for your great video CrafsMan!
Snap! Thank you, my man! ...and now I'm thinking about ol' "Clippy" from back in the early Microsoft Office days. "It looks like you're writing a letter..." Do you remember him? :D
Crafsman Steady Art Supplies Storin’™️ ✊🖋🖌🖍 Awesome idea, and the artful shots of dropping art supplies into those molds are sooo satisfying. Definitely makes me want to go draw something. 😎
Crafsman you better scoop up as many of them as you can and start selling them on your Etsy store. You're gonna create a run on the Sugar Mold market. A 4 hole like you paid $8 for is already going for $14.98 + $9.21 shipping on Etsy. Loved this video.
Dang, I wish I heard this idea sooner, I'mma pick up a load at the carnicería and rearrange my posters because that's loads better than the drawers I been using. Oh! another idea, you can put paper sorters (those tiered "incoming" and "outgoing" ones that usually sit on your desk) in the same way hung up on the wall, if the backs and sides are covered, that is.
Craftsman, you've got me thinking about hefty blocks of wood with conical holes. For that you know I love you, but over here in Wales there's no such technology to hand. Therefore I must venture forth and find the closest Welsh alternative that I can find. Thank you again for your truly inspiring videos! Nos da!

The electronic backing on this was brilliant.
I sincerely appreciate that! With it being a "REAL QUICK" edition, I felt like I should sweeten it up as much as I could. :)

Thank you for that! I really tried to bump this one up in value, with it being a shorter one.
Entertaining AND educational. That's how Crafsman rolls. Wonderful photography. My kind of humor. Beautiful sound. And Crafsman. All good, baby.
Thank you so very much!
The electronic "variety" hit me in the gut for some reason! Thanks for all that you do Crafsman!
The electronic title voice was genius. Fine tuned for satisfying crunch, and close but not too close audibility of what it said.
3:07 I live for that sound right there.

We dont have these where I am, but the old wooden school desks would have an ink well of very similar dimensions - if a little shallower.
I just recently found this peg board system at ikea that I'm liking for organizing my room and stuff.
I’d give this man a thumbs up if he was talking about paper clips. Steady crafting!
