The dark Agua is just a deep water Agua, from the depths of the ocean; the shimmery Agua reminds me of water in the swamp in the summer how it shimmers with the fireflies all around and the algae in the water. I've seen some resin that shimmers like that and also glows in the dark, might want to check some of that out. Battle Toad looks great!!
Love that idea.it would be cool if he put a glow in the dark powder in one of them or both.

When you mentioned doing one of those Aqua figures with epoxy and stuff inside, it reminded me of a frog toy I had as a kid. It was made of a clear froggy shell, and it had all its organs and stuff up in there. To teach kids about organs and stuff.
I could see one of those Aqua frogs with a small heart visible inside, maybe even a little froggy skeleton inside.

That mica powder makes it look awesome! It gives the illusion of motion and depth like water.
Seven! Sixteen! Twenty-two! I had to laugh at you throwing all those random numbers out. Hey CrafsMan- 2 things! 1) did you know you can get really pretty eyeshadows at the dollar store that's mostly mica and color, works great in resin and there are tons of colors for cheap. And 2) what about using overhead transparency film (remember those from school??) in a laser-type copier to make little fishy skeletons for Agua to have in his belly, something like that? Anyways, they look great, what we call down here 'real purdy'.

@@2degucitas My child, there is an old tale of a man that was blue, he had a blue house with a blue window, blue was the color of all that he wore, blue was the streets and all the trees were too, he had a girlfriend and she is also blue. Long story short, look up Blue by Eiffel 65

It was a one eyed, one horned, canned purple people eater! Lol!! I really love those crazy swirls in those Aguas. Heck, I love the dark blue ones too. I love the way you think.
The squishy one is awesome. The resin one too.. it's all awesome.. as for color maybe a little lighter on the blue dye . I love the fact that in direct light it becomes a different looking color.
With a clear epoxy perhaps you can make them with little internal organs inside! The green with alc ink and mica powder looks nice - cool to look at.

This is the absolute truth: over the weekend as I began with my routine DIY grooming of my Miniature Schnauzer, to shear off her heavy winter coat of fur, I hooked up my phone to the intercom system in our house, and binge-played a number of Crafsman videos to help keep both my dog and me calm and relaxed. I'd say it worked rather well, but now I have to go back and watch what I could only listen to earlier. :-)
There you go again, making my day CrafsMan. Always a joy peeking at your workshop and hearing about new things you're trying. It makes me feel like getting out my old mattel 'Thing maker" from the 60's, and molding some creatures. Keep up the positivity!

I'd personally love a 1:1 comparison between the mars and pro you've got, especially with the added context that you won't be under any pressure to feel like you need to blow out the pros or downplay the cons of either one. I've wanted a printer for a while and your original video settled me on one of those liquid resin ones like you use.
I love the idea of the secretly colorful Agua. I liked it when I thought he was black, but he's even cooler than that!

My Mail Snail was waiting for me when I got home today. I was almost as excited to see what kind of cool grab bag type stuff was in there with it (I had my fingers crossed for one of those reflective "Keep on Steady Craftin" stickers) No luck with that, but I did get TWO, that's right, TWO packets of Tony's. I might frame the second one, I don't know. Anyway, this little guy is cool, I'm so lucky I was there in those first three minutes and can't wait to see what's next.

I love the latest color! It looks like fur under glass. Visual texture but smooth. It's a wonderful effect! And no two will ever be the same!
You know, I think you make everyone smile. Brand new printer sitting in the box, but the old one works just fine, so you talk about that for a little bit and then "you know, I want that blue to be a little more blue". I liked the last green Agua that you showed. It looks like a bowling ball. Like a marbling effect.... very nice
I can imagine seeing some sort of "galaxy" color. Blues and purples swirling around. Or something like a cat's eye stone where it shifts when you look at it from different angles.

Love the new Agua color...you should make a base that's has lights in it so that the light only shines through the feet. I think it would show off the translucent colors really well...love the vids

I love the mica powder look, like a 1980 bowling ball. I also like when the color gets darker at the feet is reminiscent of water getting deeper.

Different glow in the dark resins might be pretty cool. Or clear with gold glitter in it. Or maybe a mini box of that cerial you like. Lookin forward to see what you do it crafsman.
A clear blue with small brightly coloured reef fish inside it would look dope. Maybe you could use the 3D printer to print loads of little fish and then throw them inside it?

I think Aqua looks perfect with the latest bumpy blue. It's like he's made out of a rare gemstone. Also however many Toads you could make would be great! I really would love to have one, he's a really cute fantasy critter.

I REALLY like the new Agua!
I love the opalescent finish you achieved with the teal powder! Again, I'm thinking some loose powder shimmer eyeshadows could replace the "art supply" version of basically the same thing. In fact, I often buy brushes for my makeup in the art department, it's exactly the same thing for less money. Makeup is the same, it's just brushes and pigments, and although art pigments aren't made for skin, face pigments are absolutely usable in artistic projects.
I really like the effect you achieved either way. Love you Crafsman!

I was thinking the other needed more blue...then, so did you. I think the inner texture would resemble water more if bluer also, and him being made of water sounds cool
