I needed this even thought mines a 2007 the lower line on mine leaking n idk if i needed ro remove the caseing cover to get to it
i’m not 100% sure on the later model ones if you need to take the case off, lean it over on the side stand and get a flashlight and have a peek underneath. Might just need a clamp tightened up.

Looks like an aftermarket rear engine support, nice and beefy. I’ve heard the stock ones were prone to cracking. Your thoughts? Thanks for this info on the oil line btw. I’ve got a ‘72 sporty.

I've been digging on the interwebs for ages trying to find some good info on this. Is it very different from an 80 Ironhead?
Yeah, it's likely very similar. I made this video for that reason. I could not find much online. . The service manuals helped, but not completely
Electric start didn't come till 1977 I thought on ironhead?
No it was a lot earlier than that say 67

Where is the oil filter
In the oil tank. We had it out for start up.
