He should add if you get a disease and put on a hazmat suit, you are still infected and if there is a disease with a lot of blood or coughing blood, it should splatter on the inside of the visor.
I have an update idea, make the game like one of those gas stations were like every 20 minutes they would have to reach a quota of research being done and make it so Osiris could be destroyed by centem raids and that they can only be brought back with a criteria of subjects escaping
This game is stupidly underrated, it’s rlly fun and a amazing game. However, I think there should be more of a reason to test, a lot of people don’t test now, schientest is usually the team with the least players, also, change the name off role play, it’s far better than a role play.
Overall this game has potential and IS severely underrated.. however the one annoying point is that it is nearly impossible to experiment on subjects as a doctor because those annoying goons of the OC always ruin everything..

"enjoyable for all players" the fucking graphics settings do no shit. change no shit and made the fucking most hated team even more unbalanced. it was unbalanced enough and now this? the regular osiris soldier has enough hp to kill a fucking juggernaut. and the damage they have? don't get me started on that. doing a heist as osiris member is now a walk in the park. others? a hellhole.
you should also add that multiple diseases can infect the same player, so outbreaks can turn south very fast if someone was cross testing
