Do you have a RUclips Manager? They might be able to release it for you. I totally 100% get your frustration! We use music in ours that is PAID FOR and can LEGALLY use and we get a copyright strike every time. It's such a hassle that I shouldn't have to waste time with.

Eli. What you need to do is possibly go into RUclips studio (on the computer web because the apps are treated as subordinate by RUclips), then see if you can view copyright claims. Initially, you’ll be taken to a general menu with a-lot of tabs and one with a copyright symbol. Put in a DMCA counter-notice.
@@BritishEngineer been there done that. I’ve had RUclips studio ever since I started my RUclips channel and I have followed all of their policies and guidelines right to a T but yet they chose to still attack me this way.
RUclips is broken. I have seen many other creators experience the same issue when using their own content that belong to them. RUclips is not really helpful in resolving this, as most of the time it is an AI denying the appeal, not a human reviewing it.
