Hey, hi the two little gourmets, Thank you both for sharing this very yummy video with all these excellent foods which have been mostly unknown to me and which have whetted my appetite 🙂🍪🍫. My mouth was watering the whole time! I wanted to be able to buy them all to taste them too, but I'm not sure I have this kind of stores that sell all these kinds of products under one roof. Besides, I wonder where you could find all that, Bob! As you only tasted live a few of each packet or sachet, I guess you emptied all the sachets off camera with the whole family, Oh gluttons! I haven't had a single one! 😅😉 Again, a thousand thanks for broadening our knowledge and introducing us to all these many products around the world! And thanks for the new expressions you've taught throughout the video. See you soon, my dear friends 🧡💥👍
Freddy, you're so kind. Thanks for the wonderful comment. Nice job with the spelling whetted. Many native English speakers will misspell that. Common mistake. I don't think I could have found all of those snacks where I'm from either.
Thank you so much, dear Brent, for this useful video. There are many new words for me in this video! I hope that the big Bob's family help you to finish the taste so yummy Food. Have a great Day!
Can I say this is a mouth watering video? I'm going to find some chocolates and cookies now, well, I just want to practice shadowing. Oh no, I'm not Pinocchio, why is my nose getting longer?
There are two English teachers I like here. When I first immigrated to USA I received a lot of help. I still need a lot of help. (hahaha) Now I'm working hard at an American company. I think I'm doing well. (When I first came to America, even McDonald's was afraid to go.) Lol
I was expecting Brent to hit us with a pun with that jelly pudding's texture being "off-pudding" for some haha. This video is so great with a lot of descriptions. So good. And I can't stop smiling watching Bob @LearnEnglishwithBobtheCanadian being all giddy and excited after getting the first bite of that first snack. He even snatched it from Brent's hand he looked like he loved it so much. 😄
This video is really interesting! The two teachers taste delicious food from around the world and vividly describe their tastes and textures in English. Learning how to describe food in English is a practical skill, and their interaction makes learning enjoyable. The suggestion at the end of the video is also great - not only did we learn new vocabulary, but we also got to appreciate different cultural cuisines. Thanks to the teachers for sharing, looking forward to more fun English lessons!
Wow amazing wonderful mindset that you have, tried many foods from all over the world is like traveling as well, even you guys have traveled as well around the world.
I just finished watching both of Bob and Brent's videos where they describe food in English. I truly enjoyed watching them, and I believe these are some of the best videos I've seen from Bob and Brent. They were really fun to watch, and I could easily watch them multiple times without getting bored. However, today's video about food made me a little hungry 😋😀😅. I also noticed that both videos might have been edited by Bob, as I've watched many of his lessons. It would be great if Brent could edit his videos in a similar clear and organized manner. Thank you so much!

Thank you. I did learn a couple of good words (plus just the words : crunchy, dry, yummy, …)for describing food, but I was expecting to learn more specific fix words from two native speaker ESL teachers.
Although I am not a big fan of snacks, the first thing I feel like doing after I've watched both the yummy episodes is to run to the nearest supermarket and buy all kinds of chips and cookies, flakes and tarts they sell there 😁 And then come back and sit and rip into or peel off to find out whether the stuff inside is crispy or crunchy, sweet or sour, jiggly or .... Well, but before I'm going to write down all the vocab Bob and Brent are teaching us today ☺️🔥 Thank you dear Teachers for the idea to meet and create something interesting together! 😎 It was a lot of fun!
Wow Brent that's awesome, thank you for letting us know how these different items taste, i really loved this video and i learned A lot how i can describe all types of food i appreciate the great work thanks
Hi Brent! Naomi from Japan here. I've never seen the snack you introduced at the end of the video as one from Japan. I googled it and learned that it might not be from Japan but from China.
Hi, Naomi, I'm from Taiwan, I love Japanese snack so much, I have seen that brand's mixed bean crackers, and according to the bag, it's from ひょうごけん. I hope it's from Japan. I understand your concern. I am annoyed that many packages have Japanese characters printed on them, but they are not Japanese products. It is a bit of an intention to mislead consumers.
That sometimes happens with Italy here in the U.S. I'll tell my Italian friend, "Look at these Italian snacks I found." He says, "I've never seen them. They aren't Italian." I think Yawen is exactly right.
Wow Brent, this is like an explosion of new things! I learned so much useful new word's. Thank you so much. But I wonder, which one was your personal No.1?
There’s no better way to start the video if not with an Italian snack. 😁😜 “San Carlo” is the best and one of the oldest Italian snacks brand. The “Loacker” is an Italian brand too, from the region of “Trentino-Alto Adige”. Near the border between Italy and Austria. That type of wafers are called “quadratini” that literally means small squares. 😅😁
