A little from everything such as vegetables, carbohydrates and proteines but on solo plate. That's a common expression. She was super nice. But I also hate it when servers rush you. They just want to sit someone else there, so they can earn another tip. If a server is like that, I will often leave a smaller tip.

She sounds really polite and nice, luckily, even though I couldn't see her face. Some people not only use shortcuts but they prefer to forget the morality, unfortunately we can easily come across with these kinda people in the society.
