To everyone saying it’s shutter speed, shutter speed only affects the motion blur of the rotors. The frame rate determines at what point in the rotation the motion is captured. So for this effect, you need a very high shutter speed to freeze the motion blur, but the frame rate is much more important to get right.

If you ever drink with me, be prepared to have an adventure too. I am the type to convince you of the absolute need to go on drunk hikes, drunk rock climbing, pub crawls, random ass events that are happening somewhere, and of course concerts. The last time i decided to drink for example led to that last one. It was a saturday, work was slow, so they asked for someone to go home, i shot my hand up of course like a bolt of thor's lightning and decided to do my own pub crawl, hit up every place, got a drink, went back to work, convinced them it was imperative that they let my mate go too, took him and went on pub crawl 1.2, Which led to me wanting to go to a concert, and an after party. You can tell at a couple points the shutter speed is barely mismatched and the rotors move just a little bit. I like the tail rotor spinning slowly still lol.
Don't underestimate Marines. Met one when I was a Navy recruiter that broke down ballistics coefficient and started doing trig on the white board while his fellow Marines brains were broken. Smart dude.

Stroboscopic effect. Can also occur when frequency Hz of a discharge light is same as Grinding wheel. People lose fingers because they touch the wheel believing it to be stationary

It is the camera shut up spin spin that is matching the rotor spell

It actually lets you know some more physics 😉
