For anyone doing this, you will have a better seal and result if you put the urethane on the pinch weld instead of the glass, install the inner gasket and it will show you where the urethane needs to go and make sure no glass edge is touching the metal or you will shatter the glass going down the road

Nice to see an "install" video where the glass is actually installed. How has it held up over the last couple of years any leaks etc?

Wow! That flush mounted glass really made a difference and definitely adds to the custom truck! Glad to see another video! Bummer on scratching the paint, I hope you can get it fixed. Great video and can't wait to see the performance parts!

That flush mount glass looks amazing. Which one did you go with, green standard tint or the gray tint. Great job

your going to be doing dishes for a week to get all the urethane off your hands lol. just for future info the calking gun you used is a 12 to 1 ratio and to do urethane it takes a 20 to 1 calking gun to make it work better. not bad for a first time, very nice truck

I probably spent arround $3,000 i did everytging myself. The challenge is to find a good donor truck that is not to expensive i got my donor truck for 1,200 it was a 92 1st gen but i did have to drive 12 hours to go get it.
