    Hi, just want to ask what is the label of the archive group that you set? is it a security group? and if we are a reseller partner, can we configure the archive and using the reseller partner email address?

    I am trying to do this now for multiple accounts and when I add a user it asks for the source email then takes me to an authentication process for that account. I cannot just enter a password and proceed to enter the archive email the the data is being moved to. Some of the accounts are very old and have been sitting there in suspended for a long time. 1, 2 years even. Yes, these folks are not to smart and never paid attention to their user count and cost. How do I get passed this so I can migrate the emails over to the archive account and then continue on with transferring the other data? Appreciate your help. Thank you.

      I just figured this out. Seems when I was adding in the user I was logged into the migration already. Logging out then starting gave me the migration tool wizard which is where I needed to be. This seems to be working so hopefully all goes through.

      I was wrong. It failed as its still trying to do some verification of that account. Says authentication failed. I tried logging into the account directly and its asking me to verify the account. I tried doing that with my phone number and it says the account is disabled. I sort of knew that. I don't seem to be able to migrate emails from any account currently. Google help resources are not getting me any info as of yet. Fun times.
