It’s easier now than it was back then. Now, you’d freeze frame where you want it to stop, use the subject selector in Davinci for the driver and add in your background. Back then, I had to cut the driver out in photoshop 😂
Wow what an amazing channel. Just watched all of your videos. I would also like to get into car videography and wanted to ask you if you use autofocus a lot when you shoot?
Thanks Greg! nice advice, i still saving a 70-300 lens for my old Nikon 1080p 60fps camera, this only what i need for now. And will you cover all of accessory and supporting gear like Gimbal, rig cage or Lens Filter on the next video after the daytona one?
@@gregsvideogarage then you realise that without track acces, 200 is too short. And when night time comes, f4 isn't fast enough. I don't necessary say you could't do it, but the limitations need to be presented
hey greg, love your work and these talks so far, really helpful.
button for ''Behind the scenes in Daytona'' :D
Best spots to shoot as a fan at Daytona coming next Friday, BTS content on TikTok. Plenty coming your way next week!
Rock n Roll dude! Love these videos. GL with everything at the Roar and 24. 🔥
Appreciate that! Looking forward to warmer weather.
Great video, thought I was watching someone with thousands of subscribers until I clicked off at the end. Fantastic work!
Thanks dude. I’m new to RUclips - much more to come!
Striving to make it to your spot one day!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Keep digging, stay passionate and you'll be there in no time 👊
Excellent video! 100% agree that if I could only take one lens to the track, the 70-200mm is the best option.
Can you show us how you did the stop motion edit? Fire video btw 🔥

Great stuff Greg!
Thank you so much!
100% landed my first Motorsport client with a original A7C 👌

I’m probably on autofocus 70% of the time. It’s too good!

I’ll add it to the list for sure 👍🏻 thanks dude!
Greg, as always, clear, concise and to the point! 👍🏼👍🏼
See you at Daytona 🙏🏼📸
what about lenses?
Yo Greg would you rather one A7III (non S) or one A6700 ?
Tough choice, but probably the a6700. I like full frame, but the 6700 has 10bit and better AF.
You don’t need expensive equipment for motor sport photography. Then recommends a 5k kit
A73 with a Sony 70-200 f4 and you’ve for $1.5k to spare.
