    This was certainly the best gluten free, dairy free, and refined sugar free bread I ever tasted! I took it to my church one night for everyone to partake and they want to see the bread return through this holiday season! :) Thank you!!!

      If I put this in the freezer, would you say it will be good for 2 months or 3 months?@@Wellandgood

    It’s in the oven now. I doubled the recipe. Added some potato starch with my homemade gluten-free flour. Thanks for the recipe. I’ve made lots of pumpkin bread and muffins but this is different with orange juice and gluten free flour. Looking forward to tasting it!

    Do you have a "recipe" for a grain-free version of gluten-free flour? (I eat grain-free due to thyroid and don't use the gluten-free 1-1 flours because they have grain in them such as rice flour.)

    to make it vegan: sub 2 tbsp ground flaxseed with 6 tbsp of water 🎃

    I made this today and it came out with a bit of a bitter after taste. I also, used fresh pumpkin purée instead of canned so idk if that affected the outcome.

      Try a flax egg! 1tbsp flaxseed to 3 tbsp water, let it gel for a few minutes, then use

      The oven temperature should be 350 degrees.

    Can you not put the sugar into the recipe???

      You'll probably want to use some form of a sweetener for this recipe. Here we're using a little bit of coconut sugar which has a low glycemic index, however we also love using maple syrup and honey as sweeteners if you'd like to try one of those to swap.

      Yes, you don't have to use sugar. Use salt and puree carrot and/or apple. You can also add a sprinkle of raisins.
