I bought one and received it today and just like you I have issues to remove the short brush. I tested the brush for pets and now I can't remove it, I pushed the red button but nothing happens... Too bad because it seems a nice hoover

with the charging cable its easy to charge it. All you need to is just plug in and there is light that indicates red if charging and white if fully charged.

if you press the start button once its turbe mode and if you press 2 times quickly then its not the turbo mode and not that strong like the normal mode. good luck ;)
