The most annoying thing about all these cleaning bots is the maintenance part. The effort to clean the bot itself can be a real chore. I hope reviewers will spend more time talking about this important issue. Thanks for the review.
@KLGadgetTV, one of the key features of the W10 is the automatic mop head cleaning. What happens if you have a 2-level house and intend to mop both levels? I looked at the specs of the W10 and it states that it can save up to 3 levels, however it does not explain HOW to operate the mopping for the multi-levels. I have a 2-level house and I am contemplating buying the W10, however I am concerned that the W10 cannot realistically and automatically mop of both levels. So, on that note, would the following scenario of steps work? 1. Place the base station on the bottom level 2. Run the robot to build the map of the lower level. 3. Run the robot to build the map of the upper level. 4. Run the robot to vacuum and mop the lower level. Whilst mopping the lower level the robot will repeatedly return to the base to clean the mop heads. Once the job is complete the robot will return to the base station 5. Pick up the base station (and robot) and place in on the upper level 6. Run the robot to vacuum and mop the upper level. Whilst mopping the upper level the robot will repeatedly return to the base to clean the mop heads. Once the job is complete the robot will return to the base station Is this possible?
The robot has a map recognition feature, you will have to place the base station at the second floor to map for the first time, then when you shift to the said area it should automatically recognise the map
Here in the Philippines, the Dreame W10 Pro model at Lazada and Shopee do not have a camera. I almost made a grave mistake of buying from these online platforms.
Do you all have the problem when you switch between Dreame app and Xiaomi App the robot will go offline? Because when I switch to Dreame app to use the camera function, when I return to xiaomi app my robot shows offline, then I will have to reconnect, and recreate the map, after Ive done, I switch to Dreame App it shows my robot is offline😢
What worries me about this with the webcam is the security back end of it, what is to say that its not easy for a hacker to take over and use it to spy? thats the only thing that worries me about chinese brands.
Thx good review. However you Said you will talk about the absence of inbuilt water tank but did not develop.

can this mop a second floor without returning to the station?
Thanks for your review. Helped me decide on purchasing this robot. Question, can I download the app on 2 phones to operate the same unit?
Great review. Helped me decide to purchase
The current region does not match the model. I have a problem when I connect it to the phone and it shows me this
Can you ask Google assistant to clean a specific room?
Don’t think so
So what's the difference between This and the regular W10?
The W10 Pro has a camera on the front

Why is it making a whistling noise
i have the w10 pro but the cam i don't see it on the app.what i need to do?
You need to use the Dreame app, not Mi Home.
Couldn’t find it in App Store, is it only for android?
can it vacuum pet hair sufficiently
It will require frequent clean up as the brush can tangle fur in the long term

Advice: clean the dust bin with every use, insects can get inside the robot and make a mess inside

Well, just get a robot vacuum without a camera then if that worries you.
You leave a baby at home alone 😮
