I had this exact robot mop for a year and 3 months. About two weeks after the 1-year warranty ended, the robot started getting "lost" - the app would show the robot in a completely different room than where it was. I had to reset it and re-map the entire floor. I did that 3 or 4 times. Then it started randomly throwing "internal error" and would stop after 5 minutes of cleaning. It was amazing while it worked, but it didn't last. The manufacturer quoted me $350 to fix after I paid $130 to ship it to them. Save your money for something else.
@Redskull, one of the key features of the W10 is the automatic mop head cleaning. What happens if you have a 2-level house and intend to mop both levels? I looked at the specs of the W10 and it states that it can save up to 3 levels, however it does not explain HOW to operate the mopping for the multi-levels. I have a 2-level house and I am contemplating buying the W10, however I am concerned that the W10 cannot realistically and automatically mop of both levels. So, on that note, would the following scenario of steps work? 1. Place the base station on the bottom level 2. Run the robot to build the map of the lower level. 3. Run the robot to build the map of the upper level. 4. Run the robot to vacuum and mop the lower level. Whilst mopping the lower level the robot will repeatedly return to the base to clean the mop heads. Once the job is complete the robot will return to the base station 5. Pick up the base station (and robot) and place in on the upper level 6. Run the robot to vacuum and mop the upper level. Whilst mopping the upper level the robot will repeatedly return to the base to clean the mop heads. Once the job is complete the robot will return to the base station Is this possible?
Is there another internal water tank that dumps water during the rinse? Is he to use the damp cloth that he took from the stand throughout the cleaning process? I didn't quite understand.
It does okay for vacuuming, but there are other better vacuums for vacuuming that have more suction power. It doesn't recognize objects and it will get tangled on stuff left on the floor. I am assuming that the next version will add object avoidance like other Dreame vacuums have
Hi Alex, Your video was great I wanted to ask how to make a robot get out of its docking station so I can get to clean the DUST BIN. When the robot is inside its docking station it is not possible to open the lid and reach DUST BIN?
Hey, I pull mine out...with like force :) I put a hand one one side, one on the other and pull it out. Thank I push it back in.. sounds funny...but that what I do. Alternatively you can start a cleaning cycle it will come out and you press the pause button in the app and than send it back home.
I'm wondering what is better, this w10 or roborock s7 maxv? What do you think? Maybe a video on both can be good fight, I want to buy one of this 2, and i don't know what to pick up.
So roborock asked if I want to make a video for their robot...but unfortunately they wanted me to follow a script... so...I won't be making a video for their vacuum.
Thanks a lot for the video. By the way, what's your accent? I like it but I couldn't recognize the origin language (Italian? Romanian? Turkish? ... hehe)
These devices are getting seriously impressive.

I have more than an year using it as well. Still works normally. Thanks for sharing your experience

So you would have to move the base and the vacuum to the top floor. The only way it can do it
How Can you wash the pads/mops on the washing machine with the plastic ? Or is the mop scratched ?
Is there another internal water tank that dumps water during the rinse? Is he to use the damp cloth that he took from the stand throughout the cleaning process? I didn't quite understand.
Is it auto dirt disposable, does it vacuum carpets well, does it recognise objects, untangles itself? You didn't talk much about vacuuming
It does okay for vacuuming, but there are other better vacuums for vacuuming that have more suction power. It doesn't recognize objects and it will get tangled on stuff left on the floor. I am assuming that the next version will add object avoidance like other Dreame vacuums have
What are the sensors on the side and the front ?
Are those infra red or cameras ?
does it have any water tank inside the robot?
can this mop a second floor without returning to the station?
No
Wow..so cool
Good reviews. You are the best at reviews!
Thanks! 😃
Would you be able to put in cleaning solution in the water tank? Mopping with just water doesn't feel that clean
If you find something that doesn't foam yes. I got some detergent sheets for the Narwal T10 and they work great
The narwal sheets leave a residue in the tanks that clog the hoses. I had to use compressed air to clear.

There is a remote control option in home app, combination with return to dock function will do the task. No self emptying, but no costs for bags! :)

Dreame better and streaks less especially on glossy tiles.

I am originally from Romania. PS, I use this vacuum daily. My favorite so far
It seems that the amazon link does not work. Are there any other sources where i can buy it? Secondly how high can it climb?
it's not available available on all Amazon Stores. US, Canada, Australia for now...I think Europe around january. It can climb about 2cm.
Hi, Dreame bot w10 (£712) or ecovacs deebot t9 pure (£480)?
No auto mop washing on T9...depends on your needs..

@@RedskullPromine won't dock anymore. It slips
Give me this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
mine, mine mine!
It wouldn’t surprise me if these devices were banned from use in the households of three-letter-agency employees 🤣
