I first heard this song when I came across a video on facebook of a little girl in a hospital singing it. I had never heard of the song or Mandisa before but I am so glad now that I know of her. This song here and her other song "Overcomer" are absolutely amazing songs in general. Whether you have religious beliefs or not you cannot go wrong with this song.
Had the privilege of seeing her in concert last night along with tobymac and a few other great artists at the hits deep tour. Leading into the concert I had been struggling in my battle against depression and after hearing this song and unfinished I realized that God isn't through with me yet. Even though I want an end to this battle that feels like I'm losing. I now know that without a shadow of a doubt that God is gonna make me stronger through this and that His work in me isn't done yet. So I will keep fighting, because I know that in my weakness He is made strong. Thank you to my most loving father, God. Thank you to my savior and my best friend who reminded me that I am not alone, Jesus.
