I stopped worshipping god about 5 years ago because I was struggling with depression, anxiety and PTSD and I didn’t wanna pair into groups and someone told me why do you bother coming you should just leave. I took it as a sign that God didn’t want me and I haven’t been to church willingly since. But this morning I was struggling to get up and thought that I should play “Good Morning” and after that song this song started playing. And I started bawling. I think this song saved my relationship with God and even saved my life because I was struggling with deciding if I should live or not.

Weeping may endure for a night BUT joy COMES in the morning...we just gotta receive it...but the devil...our enemy doesn't want us to receive it so we have to take it by force and release our FAITH by speaking the Word of God out of our mouths....when he was tempted of that ole liar satan the Lord Jesus Christ (God in flesh) himself said IT IS WRITTEN! He fought back. Fight for the weapons of our warfare are NOT carnal but might through God to the pulling down of strongholds. Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ; And having in a readiness to revenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled. Amen be encouraged.

I was listening to instrumentals on spotify and a song called overcome I don't even think it was this song, but anyway I looked up the song to add it to my playlist and this is the first one that popped up. I added it assuming it was the same song I couldn't wait to here it so I looked it up and found this video. It wasn't the same song I was looking for. What I am trying to say is I have been having a hard time hearing and feeling God recently. I have prayed for a moment and I believe I just had it. God put a song title of a song (a diferent song that happened to be the same title) in my head that stuck and even though it wasn't the right song I wanted but it was the song I needed. I love this song. My best friend recommended it to me when I found out my mom has breast cancer. It lifts my spirits whenever I feel hopeless and just want to break down and cry. I Decided to get up and be a healthier version for myself and my kids. Be someone my kids can be proud of . I'm in RN nursing program. I started the gym and so far lost 50lbs. All while working to support my boys and living every day like it's my last!

Last week on Thursday my cousin Faith had sadly passed away due to kidney failure she only 21 years old we play you're an overcomer on her tribute video because that was Faith's favorite song but she had a twin sister named Phoenix who she loved the most of her family they both an separable they love each other so much they were best friends but Phoenix she so sad depressed knowing that her twin is long gone we had Faith a graveside Service At the end of the service Phoenix was crying so hard and Cuz they have music And it had overcome her and in Phoenix she was singing it with her voice while she was crying cause that was her twins favorite song But every time I play this song makes me think about Faith because Long battle at the young age of 21 so young and had plans and dreams for her future But God knew she couldn't be on this Earth much longer he had have to bring her home to heaven rest in peace Faith we love you sweet girl.❤

Man. I’m still left without words. I came back here as soon as I heard the news of her passing. All of Mandisa’s songs were a part of my childhood. Especially this one. My sister has been singing this since she was 5. Just about a year ago she passed it down to our younger cousin who sings it in our children’s church band. Overcomer hits so different now. This song helped me when my husband of 11 years left me last year. I was very depressed during and after the separation, and I let myself go. I Decided to get up and be a healthier version for myself and my kids. Be someone my kids can be proud of . I'm in RN nursing program. I started the gym and so far lost 50lbs. All while working to support my boys and living every day like it's my last!

kidney failure she only 21 years old we play you're an overcomer on her tribute video because that was Faith's favorite song but she had a twin sister named Phoenix who she loved the most of her family they both an separable they love each other so much they were best friends but Phoenix she so sad depressed knowing that her twin is long gone we had Faith a graveside Service At the end of the service Phoenix was crying so hard and Cuz they have music And it had overcome her and in Phoenix she was singing it with her voice while she was crying cause that was her twins favorite song But every time I play this song makes me think about Faith because Long battle at the young age of 21 so young and had plans and dreams for her future But God knew she couldn't be on this Earth much longer he had have to bring her home to heaven rest in peace Faith we love you sweet girl.❤
