have come across some shocking scripture that we ALL need to pray about. In Matthew 11, Jesus praises John The Baptist as the greatest man born of woman, but then follows that by saying that John is LOWER than the LEAST in the kingdom of heaven,😳, of course I had to go back to the beginnings for context. Jesus tells how John witnessed miracles and heard the good teachings, yet when faced with death, John questioned whether Jesus was the Messiah or should he keep looking for another. It’s a cautionary tale to US... We too will face death for the witness of Christ ((John 16:2). WHAT WILL YOU DO?
John 5:31-34 31 “If I testify about myself, my testimony is not true. 32 There is another who testifies in my favor, and I know that his testimony about me is true. 33 “You have sent to John and he has testified to the truth. 34 Not that I accept human testimony; but I mention it that you may be saved.
It impossible for the “last supper” to be an actual “Passover” meal. This is shown through scripture. “…Then they led Jesus from Caiaphas to the Praetorium, and it was early morning. But they themselves did not go into the Praetorium, lest they should be defiled, but that they might eat the Passover…” John 18:28 This is just one of the scriptures that show the passover lamb had not been killed yet. You can’t eat a passover meal without a lamb. It is taught that Jesus fulfilled the passover exactly to the tee. That when Jesus died on the cross they were sacrificing the lamb in the temple. Either that teaching is true or it’s not. If the scripture is true and the teaching is true then it is impossible for the last supper to be an actual passover meal.
