Recommendations for someone who is disabled, "living" on SS Disability and home bound? (working on getting off of disability but very difficult with no budget).
I learned a long time ago (begrudgingly) its often who you know and not what you know. As an introvert that was a tough pill to swallow, but as I aged I have embraced it and built a nice business network of colleagues and friends. If I lost my job tomorrow I could have a new gig with a few phone calls. Any young man out there needs to build his social circle with good people.
As an introvert myself, I really don't like being in big crowds or large groups of people. But where I shine are 1 on 1 interactions. I can make the interaction intimate, personal and make the person feel understood and comfortable within an hour. That makes me memorable and likeable. So don't feel negative about your natural self. Everything has a beauty to it.
Can you explain this a bit further? Because yes times change and not every change is good as Antonio pointed out in that video. However there is still a majority of good things. And you can do it yourself too or build something up. I work with children who have a mental disability and autism so that's pretty hard work but fun at the same time. As a side project with some others I met in this field and youthwork we figured out that there aren't many places here for youth to come and especially boys to just be and maybe learn something about dressing well and why that can be important. And maybe learning some extra skills like making something. It started out small but grew over the last half year into something nice. Build community and participate in it.
I am a PhD in Science but right now I am learning about business and you know what I am meeting people like you are telling us and I am attending meet up about language (I speak 4 languages), church, travel... so on and this is magic 😗😊 Hello from Mexico City
You've nailed it again Antonio, this advice is not only useful, but it was portrayed in a way that was both simple to understand and easy to process, which is something that's isn't always the case when it comes to someone providing advice to someone else.
I’m a student in a chiropractic doctorate program. Great video, I pulled some good pointers for networking with doctors and other students at events! Thank you, videos like these really help me move in a direction to form friendly connections that can be mutually beneficial once I graduate👌🏼
This is a blessing! I am going to a nurse anesthesia conference next week as a hopeful applicant to programs and am terrified to be out of my comfort zone but this gave me some confidence!
Networking is definitely a learned skill, and some people are naturally good at it and have the charisma for it. Im fine talking to strangers, but "networking" is lost on me. I don't network and i don't know how. Doesn't matter how many videos i watch or what I read. Idk why exactly.
This is such GREAT advice, Antonio! I'm sharing your video with a young entrepreneur grad, I'm absolutely sure she can use this info, and it's probably better than half the classes she took!!
Giving has been one of my most effective tools in networking. I make a point to call a list of colleagues and industry peers each week to find out what they are working on and how I can help. Being known as someone who can make things happen opens a lot of doors for those moments when I need a hand with something.
I used to host dodgeball games with my guys and order pizza @ halftime. People LOVE free stuff and having a mutual friend builds trust when ur a stranger. Gotta start it up again
As always, you’ve delivered a solid video with content that EVERYONE needs to listen to carefully. I do a lot of those things but I don’t get there a day early and I don’t stay a day late. My interaction could be better by doing that as I wouldn’t feel rushed.
Tiege Handley is more of a marine than anyone and 1774 was its birth yr. It can also melt hinges off doors in a pinch. So you’re right totally different products.
You don't have to live life like this. This is a good approach for life, but ultimately it is ourselves that make the decision to go in a direction we think is right.
Wow, you really struck a nerve with the pathetic loser trolls this time. Must be doing something right. Keep tossing those lifelines out there. Positive influencers are needed now more than ever. Pretty sure you're literally saving lives.
This was wonderful. You give far more practical and civilized advice than most of these so called 'alpha influencers.' I hope very much that people remain optimistic and make their lives great! May you reach four million subscribers this year, and thanks for all that you do. Happy New Year to you, by the way!
As a man who also built a secret network of very powerful and dangerous ppl, in which there were racists, homophobes, r@pists, transphobes, and serial cillers (used c to dodge algo) I highly respect you (It was an ig group of my high school frnds)
I agree. Maybe it’s simply building a network of like minded people who are open to building trust and synergy. There are many “powerful” people who I don’t respect and have no interest in being in their network, regardless what I can get.
Power is subjective. Making a network of people who sit at home all day isn't very powerful. Building a network or joining a community of doers (regardless of what it is) can be powerful
@@RAWDEAL064 I work in a highly political and public environment. Power in my world means those who control the gates and use that power to only advance their interests. I’m done with this work environment. Working with doers who don’t see life as a zero sum game is what I’m hungry for.
Antonio. You inspire me to continuously make small improvements that compound over time. I am slowly building a small circle of men I let in. We have decided to be authentic and vulnerable with eachother, and support eachother in networking and building ourselves up. Any tips on keeping things fresh, and activities that can be done as a group? (ie: book of the month, fashion & style men's night out, gym days)

Why are you gayy? 💀
Who doesn’t 🤨
You guys

A few days ago you made a video about loneliness and I realized that community is dying. We were not meant to live like this as men.

A bromance with a successful business included is one of the coolest things on earth.
So german or dutch maybe?

Great episode Antonio, I needed this one ❤.

I’ve been watching you and Aaron for years, and learned plenty from you both. Thank you!
This is by far the best and most honest advice video on the topic I've seen... I'd love to learn more about it.
Congrats, very well done
This was a great topic! Love to see more on this.

Great advice 👏🏻
Information is free to give, but often worth a lot of money.
I think this is one of your best videos
Thank you. I appreciate you
Amazing 👏 .. always amazed at your content and the quality of your videos.
Your content is heading in the right direction. I’m really enjoying the last few videos you’ve made.
I appreciate that!
"Introverted? Have you tried being extroverted?"
Thanks internet!

Great video, this can be applied with both friendships and business
Absolutely!
You don't have to live life like this. This is a good approach for life, but ultimately it is ourselves that make the decision to go in a direction we think is right.
In this case, I enjoy all these channels
This is my biggest problem, developing the courage to put myself out there and building a network.

The gem of this edition is near the conclusion: The Abundance Mindset. Watch and listen to the whole presentation, you'll be rewarded!

Antonio is Meetup any good
Don’t over think. His first piece of advise was to put yourself in the mix. So try it out meet people, if you like the people connect, if not don’t
I watch all three guys. OK, not Alpha as much since I'm still trying to forget Staten Island.

I cannot help but wonder what advice E. p. stein would have to add to this topic.
He was a business man but evil. Not how you want to be

What is blud yapping about
BECOME the Z06...
I see a lot of parallelism between Rockefeller, Carnegie, Vanderbilt, and Morgan and what Antoinos deals.
An ex-marine that can't shut up about Pokémon telling you to make a hit list is a tiny bit scary.😂
Mfw I will probably never actually accomplish this in my life ever.

I don’t drink because drinks taste bad 😂
how to build a network of powerful men? I heard having a remote island might help
That is when the power is evil, he is not promoting Epstein fantasy land because 'Real Men, Real Style' is not something that should ever be evil.
Lol
No self promotion? Get over yourself guy. Why do you all need another man to tell you how to live? Grow up man you dont need this guy lol
Rule #1 don't be an asshole. People won't want to refer you or help you if you aren't likeable
All these guys wearing suits trying to be someone they’re not
Jealous. Aren't you late for your McDonald's shift? 😂
Everyone on the planet is trying to be someone they're not most of the time. It's the journey and not the destination.
I prefer that to them wearing dresses trying to be someone they can NEVER be.
@@Asieslaputavida If they put effort in their clothing I also have that over people in oversized hoodies etc..
If it involves me getting off my ass or putting down the controller I'm out.
