Anytime that Michael teases Tom about the TOO geniune onscreen chemistry/segsual-romantic tension (I have to be careful with Susan around) between his Clark character and Kristen's Lana, had me... 🤣
We all know how Tom’s Clark was on Red K , rebellious and flirt, this was my inspiration on how to make girls feel like the only girl in world (Rhianna) Lana was so confused 🤣 by Clark’s behaviour and why he wouldn’t tell her the truth.
I absolutely love how honest Rosey is about Kristen being hot and enjoying it. I wish more actors would be honest about this stuff. It has to be pretty difficult to shoot a scene with an attractive person and not be at least a little turned on by it.
I actually think he overdoes the sexual innuendos and horny. I mean it's cool once and awhile. But he acts like a guy that hasn't gotten laid in like 5 years. 🤣 It would be cool if he scaled it back and only did it sporadically for the off humor instead of every podcast. I don't really need to hear repeatedly about how he wanted to bang Aunt Nell or how hot he thinks an 18 year old Kristin is when he's 50. LOL
Kristen is one of the most beautiful girls I've seen on screen, and for what I've notice when I've seen her on podcasts and interviews, looks like she is not fully aware how beautiful she is, it's great listening to Michael acknowledging how he felt as man being in the presence of such a beautiful girl back then and cutting the "we're professional actors" bullshit.
Sure, but for a lot of ppl it can be uncomfortable, not flattering. Especially, if u are almost 30 like Michael was at the time, and 18 like Kristin was.
Two lines stood out for me. 1. When Lex finds out someone pulled the guy out of the truck, "Don't tell me it was Clark Kent..." 😂😂😂 2. Jonathan on the phone "You are gonna have to turn my loan down right to my face, that way I can see whether you still have a pair or whether your wife keeps them in a drawer too." 😂😂😂😂😂
It'd be especially awkward if he had broken character, given that Lex was like 22 and Lana (not Kristen) was 15. But you know, let's not mention that 😂
I love that ending shot with the Windmill as Lana and Clark were sitting on top of the windmill and as the camera pans out with U2 "Beautiful Day" song playing ended the episode perfectly.
Loving this episode. John Schneider and Kristen did a great job. The way that Lex says Flower was awesome. The look on Clark’s face when he catches his parents in the act is the face any teenager would make. Great acting by all.
I love that Rosey has absolutely no desire to be professional. "Is the actress hot?" "Yeah." "Are billionaires bad?" "Yeah, they're even kinda rapey" I just love the bluntness. Its so hilarious
FINALLY!!! And Tom gave nothing away about the chemistry with Kristin, I love it/hate it because he is respectful BUT my younger self really wanted more hahaha

Very much agree, I love Smallville… Because Superman is awesome! But this show made me get hooked on Annette O’Toole and John Glover, it made me want to go look at all their other films and tv shows and start checking those out! Broken Vows, Cat People, and Brimstone are all things I love, that I might never have found without smallville!❤
I have NEVER forgotten Annette O’Toole’s performance in this episode, that hospital scene was WoW… So powerful. That was 20 years ago and i knew that scene was coming up & couldn’t wait to see her action. I rewound it & watched it again bc it was good 🤓
I just finished listening to this episode. Stellar acting by John, Annette, and Kristen. Lex was actually a hero in this episode. The Easter egg of having the Good ol Boys playing in the background was awesome. Tom did a great in the catching his parents in the act scene. Y’all brighten my day.
This episode was fantastic , I loved the “Lexana” scenes, I literally felt the shivers go down my spine…. That little “gulp” when she calls him “boss” I always thought that it had more emotion in it than just acting… It so refreshing listening to you now, when you can confess it out loud 😅 !!!
When Chloe was getting answers for the survey, the answers she received were either about sex or violence....which the people affected by the flower acted in the episode. Love hearing your perspectives on each episode! ❤️❤️
I must have watched this episode 100 times at least. It's one of my top 10 must watch episodes. Everything from "Just the Good old boys" song playing on the radio to Lana showing her sexy side. Clark with his cute boyishly shy but curious side coming out. Everything about this episode was fantastic!!
Another amazing episode. It has to be one of the best in the entire series. I love the scene where Jonathan Kent is affected by the flower and goes home and starts hitting on Martha. Then Lex arrives and Jonathan has bad words for him, and then he burps in his face and says I'm going to take a nap. Brilliant 😂👍
The shot of Principal Kwan looking down at Clark in the pool is funny as hell! He’s like “Clark, I’m very disappointed in you! It would be one thing if you set fire to the school like Coach Arnold, but SWIMMING?! UNACCEPTABLE!”
I checked it out again yesterday and I must say that this is an underrated episode... I gotta say that Lex was the MVP this episode as he was the most level-headed on this one... Granted, Dr. Hamilton was the unsung hero in his own right... My favorite scenes are definitely: 1. Lana being super aggressive with Clark and shoutout to Clark for not yielding to temptation (well, not all the way anyway lol)... Especially at the windmill when Lana said: "Come on, Clark... I see the way you look at me... Why don't you tell me how you feel??"... Clark humbly goes: "Lana, you're sick"... Then Lana hits Clark back with the: "Don't avoid the question, Clark!!!"... And of course, the pool scene was funny also lol 3. When Pete and Chloe are investigating Dr. Hamilton's office and some glass breaks... Chloe is looking for Pete only for him to sneak behind her... She turns around and there's Pete smiling (with the dramatic horror music) on some, "You lookin for me?"... I was definitely gettin weak at that part 😂😂😂... But once Pete picked up the gun and pointed it at Chloe, that's when the "ish" got real 💯 4. The hospital scene with Martha and Clark and her telling him how she met Jonathan... That did make me tear up a little bit 😢 It also had some nice songs playing in the background on this one 🎵🎶🎧... But yea, this is definitely an underrated episode so I give it 🌹1/2 (1.5) roses... #KeepItUpMyBrothers #TalkvilleWednesdays
I actually loved seeing everyones inhibition lowered and their true feelings. Especially Jonathan and Pete! Jonathan being so flirty and then being so forward with the bank. How frustrated and upset Pete really is about Clarks friendship with Lex and his true feelings for Chloe! My favourite part was Pete talking about Chloe obsession with Clark and Chloe says "Pete, calm down, I'm going to call Clark" like that would help the situation 😂
Awesome TalkVille episode! We can always count on Michael for keeping it real and for Tom to keep it professional 19:54 to 21:08 had me 😂. I really enjoy "Nicodemus" because I love watching actors play differents versions of their characters. These type of episodes are always so fun, entertaining and unforgettable! Highlights of this episode for me : Kristin's performance, Clark and Lana's insane chemistry (that pool kiss was🔥), Bad boy Johnattan and Pete going crazy. And I absolutely love the windmill scene at the end with U2 playing it was perfect. I give Nicodemus 🌹 🌹
two things I love from this episode, it's Jonathan's attitude after being exposed to the flower and Clark reactions when Lana is flirting with him, i mean is something that he dreamed about it! 😄
I was 12 years old by the time this episode came out. After watching, I thought Lana wasn't only gorgeous, she was freakin' hot! I'd also like to think it was the exact same day when I hit puberty. 😍😂 Easily one of my favorite episodes!
That burp.😏 😃Lex face...priceless. He was dusgusted🤣🤣🤣.Rosey nailed it. Jonathan, finally freed from inxibitions, can do whatever he wants! He was a star of this episode. Naughty Lana . That was...fire! 🤩Nicodemus was one of the most entertaining episodes in early seasons.Annette is great here. WIndmill scene at the end with U2 music was awesome. Bill Mondy ( James Beels) later played dr.Groll Lana' s best " friend" 😁in season 6. You guys rock!!!🌹🌹❤
Smallville started my Freshman year in HS and a few years after graduating, I lost my dad as well. The show meant a lot and I was an avid viewer. My unwavering obsession with the show eventually infected my friends and it ended up being a weekly thing, watching the show and then jumping on XBOX Live, or watch while on XBOX Live and make it a group viewing, then play Halo until it was time to go to sleep. Every season break, I'd rewatch all the previous seasons, the final season was quite a marathon, but I managed to time it to watch the most recent episode just before the series finale aired.
If the flower was bringing out the inner desires that are normally repressed, it kinda makes sense for Lana to access her sexual desire b4 rage due to her abandonment issues from both tragically losing her parents so young as well as not feeling fulfilled by her relationship w Whitney. She goes for Clark cuz although she is attracted to him, he also represents safety and security which is what she ultimately desires most.
Guys, this episode really felt relaxed and like you enjoyed making it, a couple of past ones felt a bit more like "just going through the motions" but this one was spot on, what ever you were smoking, KEEP SMOKING IT 😂
Martha's scene at the hospital has always been one of my favorite Smallville moments. I seriously teared up just thinking about it when you guys brought it up. It was a powerful and impressive acting moment.
It's so wide-open the desires and what Michael possesses over Kristin 😂😂😂 She is his platonic love, he always had this feeling for her and jokes aside, I loved Tom's and Michael sincerity about that scene. Kristin's divine performance, it was really nice to see the John Schneider acting that way, the same goes for Sam Jones III. In this episode we see each character's deepest desires being exposed. brilliant work by Michael and Tom.
Thank you Michael, Tom and Ryan (and the others involved in this podcast). The most tragic aspect of this show was knowing that for all his powers, Clark was never going to be able to save Lex. As others have said the heart of this show was family which we can all relate to and which is why reviewing it so many years later is so enjoyable.
This episode was an awesome exploration of the dark impulses that lurk inside these characters, and I have to say it also most definitely solidified my ultimate crush on Kristin.
This episode is THREE ROSES. It's everything Smallville is about: Heart felt family moments, Teen Angst (will they be or won't they be of Clark and Lana), Lex ulterior motives but mixed with Lex currently good intentions (he didn't take advantage of Lana), the Lore of Cademus Labs, Kryptonite infected plant, Clark and Chloe solving a mystery. It's one the most memorable episodes and the picture of Lana's close up as she asks Clark on the diving board "do you want what I want" is used on promo material. The hell is wrong with you people? Come on! THREE ROSES!!!
I gave it two roses, but you're absolutely right about it being an episode that encapsulates so much of what Smallville is about. I wanted to give it a higher score, as it's one of my favorite episodes from season 1, but there's just too many instances of crazy coincidences and perfect timing - even for a show like Smallville that thrives on those types of plot armor.
I remember this episode playing once at my cousin's house and I was already a fan, so was chuffed they were finding out about it for the first time. Now that you summarise it so well, I'm doubly glad they saw an episode that encapsulated the show so well.
I love this episode for a number of reasons. But Martha with the meeting Jonathan story scene in the hospital… my dad would be diagnosed with cancer a year after this episode aired. I had those conversations and moments with my own mother next to my father’s death bed, too. I can tell you, Mr. Welling - you and Mrs. O’ Toole absolutely nailed that scene. It was so real and beautiful and sad. Great acting in an episode that isn’t otherwise overtly serious or dramatic. Thank you for another awesome podcast episode!!
Great episode. To see the main actors, Jonathan and Lana go completely out of their comfort zones was a true testament to their acting abilities. Did you notice that kitchen scene with Jonathan’s quick swish around Martha to face her before she leaves. I remember Tom saying how professional John is at placing himself in the right camera view. I loved it! One 🌹from me! 😄
That Lana in the pool moment was such a Easter egg for that 1980's movie Fast times at Ridgemont high. Even the red underwear was a bit of an inside joke on referring to the red bikini that the actress in the 80's movie had on. Did anyone noticed that too? Or I'm i grasping at straws and it was just a coincidence?
There's a hundred shows that I would love to go back and rewatch the entire series of but can't because time exists. These types of podcasts are great for recapturing the feeling a show you loved but haven't watched in well over a decade.
Anytime that Michael teases Tom about the TOO geniune onscreen chemistry/segsual-romantic tension (I have to be careful with Susan around) between his Clark character and Kristen's Lana, had me... 🤣
I agree with Ryan. Annette O’Toole’s scene is my favorite scene from this episode too. The ending of this episode with Clark and Lana sitting on top of the windmill in the field with the wide shot zooming out and U2 music playing is one of my favorite endings of season 1 and the entire series.
This podcast is really great. I loved Smallville while I was in high school in the early 2000s and in some ways, maybe in a small way, it helped shape me into who I am today. There's something nostalgic about reliving these episodes with you guys and it's even better to watch you guys relive them as well. Thanks for the awesome memories.
Hand done my favorite podcast! Smallville has aged so well after all these years. 20 years from now this show will still be just as good as the day it premiered. Thank you Michael and Tom for doing this for the fans. It means the world to us.
I'm so obsessed with this podcast, I have grown up on this show--I have probably seen the entire series 7-8 times if not more, I crave watching this show its so well done, its nostalgic for me and my favorite two people are now covering every episode!! What I wouldn't give to be Ryan and watch these episode for the first time again and feel everything I felt all over again. The music, the acting, everything about this show is phenomenal; this podcast is my favorite thing to watch to get my mind off of everything and I hope you guys continue to do this!!
So cool to see different sides of the characters! and so awesome to see Tom and Michael reminiscing and looking like they are truly enjoying the experience! I love how they deconstruct each episode, their emotions and feelings at that time, makes my wednesday morning! :)
I love how you keep it real and talk about the things you know us regular people who aren't in the acting world want to hear about! Michael I appreciate you adressing the real sexual tension you feel on set and what really goes on in the mind of an actor during these scenes. And Tom - married man with kids, good for you! I would only expect my husband to respond about it the way you do. This episode is 3 roses, one of the first that in my opinion can match the pilot. This is true smallville charm, action, angst and love all in one episode.
Agreed. This is exactly what Smallville was. I love that it was the main characters that were affected and all of them had significant screen time including Pete.
Enjoying every bit of this. I'm watching every episode of Talkville just like Smallville back in the day and I look forward to it every week. Thanks Mike & Tom and it's good hearing Ryan's fresh perspective as well. I like guessing his favorite moment of the episode too. 💯
Another episode to dissect with Smallville so exciting. This is the fun one for sure and just seeing all the characters unleash their wilder side was just spot on. Lana Lang moment was so great and I think a stunt double was the one that did the back flips of the ramp as Lana jumps into the pool.
I am a very BIG fan of Smallville! Its so amazing seeing once again Clark and Lex together again!😅 I enjoyed seeing and listening to you on this Podcast!🎉🎉🎉
Lord. I'm glad Lex didn't get gassed by those flowers. 🌻It could have gotten crazy. In all, I thought it was a fun ep. Pa Kent was my fav in this episode. Legend! 😂
Finally John Scheider had a good time. "Acting". Best award for that. Lana in the pool and Clark just stands there. Wow. Love it. Although the Me 2 movement today would have heart attacks. I enjoyed it. Nice job guys.
This podcast is the highlight of my day tbh.... so great to revisit the comfort of Smallville (my favorite show- something about it always feels like home) after a long, difficult day at work❤️❤️ thank you Tom, Michael, & Ryan (and everyone behind the scenes!!) for this amazing podcast! For me this episode is 🌹🌹
I did not watch the show when it first came out, but I am watching it on Hulu, and I love to watch an episode and then watch your pod for the episode. Great job, guys.
13:48 - Can we just give it up for Jonathan's amazing driving skills here; popping his driver's side door open to scream at a motorist while doing a half spin into his next turn? I mean.... holy shit, man!
This was definitely my favorite episode of the season. Seeing actors play their characters against type is always super fun, and particularly Kristen and Sam did amazing things with their characters. I liken it to the Mirror, Mirror episode of the original Star Trek. It's a bit tropey, but it's always fun just to see on a performance level.
This was a Solid 3 Rose Episode. All my favourite Girls hit their parts out of the park, the boys only had to break even to nail a Three and they did a lot more than that. Great Episode that exposed the deep seated wants and needs of our favourite characters while telling its own insulated story of who you become when you lose control of your worst nature.
ooooh lord, stop that! lol! I always wondered what was going through Rosenbaum's mind as Lex when Kristin was whispering in his ear like that "What do you say boss? I always said dude must've been quivering on the inside. Great to hear confirmation from the horse's mouth. Much respect to Michael Rosenbaum's professionalism as an actor
I was watching smallville and my mom came over. I turned it off because she doesn't like monster of the week shows but she asked to watch. She has been obsessed ever since lol now it's our mom, daughter quality time. We're on season 7. It was my fav show in high school, I was in love with Lex lol Fun to go back and watch years later. The show aged well. The specail effects are great, especially for TV and the character development is way better than shows of a simular kind today. I Appreciate you guys doing this and it's awesome you still have such a huge fan base 20 years later 💖
Can't wait to see Ryan go from mildly enthusiastic to wildly enthusiastic once you all get to season 2. By the time you all are at the end of season 2, he'll be chomping at the bit to do a Talkville episode LOL
I just binged all 10 seasons in a week and a half and it was so worth it. God this show is so amazing. I never really liked Superman before but now he’s probably my fav superhero. Tom is my favorite Superman! ❤️
This episode had a lot of meat to it. Some things were comical...like the driving angry thing for anyone infected. That was pretty funny after seeing it so many times. But Annette's performance when she was talking to Clark about her memories with Jonathan, was phenomenal. She truly felt that scene, and as the viewer, really pulled you in, and you could feel her worry and heartache at the thought of losing him. I thought it was an amazing performance.
Great episode. Good to see Kristen go wild. Funny Clark and principal scene. Great ending with lex and Hamilton agreeing to work together further. 1 1/2 rose's.
I think the reason that everyone affected by the Nicodemus flower was sexual at first then became violent is because it's similar to alcohol where it dulls your inhibitions toward both lust and anger.
Hey guys. I stumbled across this podcast because I went on to krypton site and noticed they had a link on there for this. I'm glad I saved that because I used to look at it while this series was still going. I was sad when the show ended but I watched the entire series at least 5 times after it ended. But this podcast is hilarious. Please do not stop the podcast and keep going to the series finale if you can. This is awesome!!!! Cheers!
I was happy to hear Annette O'Toole get the praise she deserves for Martha's hospital scene with Clark. She is such a great actress throughout Smallville, turning what could have been simply an ordinary role of The Mother into an utterly believable, multi-faceted, memorable character.
Of course this is a great episode. One of my favorites and I realized by watching this that it came out the day after my 18th birthday. But one of the things that I appreciate is the sponsor plugs, because they seem like they actually use the products that they’re plugging so it seems more genuine
I love how Michael is trying to get Tom to talk about how great it was being sexy with Kristen, but Tom is Mr. Business.
Anytime that Michael teases Tom about the TOO geniune onscreen chemistry/segsual-romantic tension (I have to be careful with Susan around) between his Clark character and Kristen's Lana, had me... 🤣

Lmao.
Who wouldn't remember Kristin in her underwear?
Too bad it was a body double, not Kristin 😅
He said some of it was Kristen and some was the double.

That scene with Martha telling Clark about when she first met Jonathan was so moving. Annette sold it she did amazing in that scene. I loved it.

Loved those lines in this ep 🤣
That second Jonathan Kent line is hilarious!! 😂😂
Yeahh Jonathan smacking Martha on the butt and being a hothead was so different, intriguing and funny. This episode was a whirlwind

This is a personal favorite episode of mine, I love to see actors play out of their character’s element. Same with Transference and Spirit.
You always know Lex is avoiding the truth with the "What do you think, Clark?" line lol
Haha so true
🤣🤣
Boy this episode was superb !!!!
Also much love to Rosey & Tom because now Wednesdays have something exciting to look forward to
Yeah buddy!!! ❤️
It's so wide-open the desires and what Michael possesses over Kristin 😂😂😂
She is his platonic love, he always had this feeling for her and jokes aside, I loved Tom's and Michael sincerity about that scene.
20:15 EXACTLY the reason why I had to watch this episode of Talkville. Thank you, Michael!!
This episode was an awesome exploration of the dark impulses that lurk inside these characters, and I have to say it also most definitely solidified my ultimate crush on Kristin.
Lol.
The pool scene makes watching the entire series worth it. And the scene with Erika on the lake with Aquaman.
Woah 🌹🌹🌹 top tier
I gave it two roses, but you're absolutely right about it being an episode that encapsulates so much of what Smallville is about. I wanted to give it a higher score, as it's one of my favorite episodes from season 1, but there's just too many instances of crazy coincidences and perfect timing - even for a show like Smallville that thrives on those types of plot armor.
LOL! This is for sure one of the biggest standouts of season 1. The show actually does age very well. It gets so much better as the seasons go on!
I remember this episode playing once at my cousin's house and I was already a fan, so was chuffed they were finding out about it for the first time. Now that you summarise it so well, I'm doubly glad they saw an episode that encapsulated the show so well.
I agree
I love this episode for a number of reasons. But Martha with the meeting Jonathan story scene in the hospital… my dad would be diagnosed with cancer a year after this episode aired. I had those conversations and moments with my own mother next to my father’s death bed, too.
I can tell you, Mr. Welling - you and Mrs. O’ Toole absolutely nailed that scene. It was so real and beautiful and sad. Great acting in an episode that isn’t otherwise overtly serious or dramatic. Thank you for another awesome podcast episode!!
Thanks for sharing your story buddy. Glad it connected ❤️
I hope you get Sam Jones III for an episode of Talkville podcast. For sure he will have great stories to share to you and Tom.
Absolutely 😁
yeah
@@TalkVillePodcast agreed, that would be awesome!
Even now Kristin is absolutely beautiful, her acting in this episode was freaking amazing
🌹🌹for me! By far one of the best episode from season 1, Kristin and John nailed it ! And this podcast is getting better and better every week thanks !
So amazing to hear Michael and Tom discussing about Smallville times
i love the fact that Tom owns the dvds, the blurays, could stream it for free, but buys it all over again just to have the convenience
Michael talking about the scene with Lana had me rolling 😂😂😂😂😂😂
I love how when Lana is stripping down, Clark knows something is wrong but he also can’t take his eyes off Lana😂
Guys, this is like DVD commentary on STEROIDS! So Awesome! Especially when there is additional cast, crew, and producers etc. Love it!
Haha couldn’t have said it better 😂 on steroids
I'm so obsessed with this podcast, I have grown up on this show--I have probably seen the entire series 7-8 times if not more, I crave watching this show its so well done, its nostalgic for me and my favorite two people are now covering every episode!! What I wouldn't give to be Ryan and watch these episode for the first time again and feel everything I felt all over again. The music, the acting, everything about this show is phenomenal; this podcast is my favorite thing to watch to get my mind off of everything and I hope you guys continue to do this!!
When I saw Kristin Kreuk randomly in Euro Trip playing a completely different character from Lana her acting reminded me of this episode.
😂😂😂 love this comment!
Its so amazing seeing once again Clark and Lex together again!😅
I enjoyed seeing and listening to you on this Podcast!🎉🎉🎉
I love how Talkville crew talk about how fathers and sons loved watching Smallville together. I bet dad’s enjoyed it and sons were embarrassed. 😂
It’s like Gilmore Girls for dads & sons 😊
Definitely one of the most entertaining episodes of season one.
Lord. I'm glad Lex didn't get gassed by those flowers. 🌻It could have gotten crazy. In all, I thought it was a fun ep. Pa Kent was my fav in this episode. Legend! 😂
Hahaha so true 👩🦲
Kristin really is beautiful I was blown away by the change of character and that pool scene damn haha
I've watched every Talk Ville episode so far and absolutely love it. I just want to say the editing is incredible! Shout out to the editor!
This is my favorite episode i love love love season 1 💘🌹🌹🌹 3 roses the helicopter 🚁 scene where lana and clarke are talking was my fave scene
I never understood how Clark got Lana on top of the windmill with her eyes covered.
🙃
I don't know if you know this, but uh... Clark Kent is Superman
Watching all of these, makes me want to watch smallville all over again. The nostalgia of watching this with my parents and siblings
Indeed, lol.
Yup
This was a Solid 3 Rose Episode. All my favourite Girls hit their parts out of the park, the boys only had to break even to nail a Three and they did a lot more than that. Great Episode that exposed the deep seated wants and needs of our favourite characters while telling its own insulated story of who you become when you lose control of your worst nature.
I’m just now watching Smallville for the first time so seeing the characters now talking about it is crazy 😄
Welcome hannah. Loving talkville as well
29:31 brilliant! i listened to this at work and then was cracking up just thinking about it now!
ooooh lord, stop that!
I'm glad I saved that because I used to look at it while this series was still
going. I was sad when the show ended but I watched the entire series at least 5 times after it ended. But this podcast is hilarious. Please do not stop the podcast and keep going to the series finale if you can. This is awesome!!!! Cheers!
Micheal enjoyed Kristen’s performance a little too much 😂. So did we Micheal, so did we 😂. See you three next week. Much love 💕
oh yeah!!!
Ohhh Lex’s reaction when Lana is coming on to him… Michael, definitely could see what you were thinking. Good acting 😆😉
🌹🌹🌹
I was happy to hear Annette O'Toole get the praise she deserves for Martha's hospital scene with Clark. She is such a great actress throughout Smallville, turning what could have been simply an ordinary role of The Mother into an utterly believable, multi-faceted, memorable character.
Annette portrayed Martha beautifully. She is indeed great actress. 🙂
Of course this is a great episode. One of my favorites and I realized by watching this that it came out the day after my 18th birthday.
But one of the things that I appreciate is the sponsor plugs, because they seem like they actually use the products that they’re plugging so it seems more genuine
"Clark what are you waiting for ? Come on time to fly! - Tom Welling
Michael is HILARIOUS!!! The napoleon impersonation!!🤣🤣🤣
