Erica Durance is absolutely gorgeous! I sure do miss Smallville. And Since the ending of the show, I have not really invested my time watching any of the new shows coming out.
The chemistry with Tom and Erica just leaps out off the screen. Complementary personalities and deeply held feelings of love, respect, and trust- what's not to love.
This cast had great chemistry and their success paved the way for the CW Arrowverse. Plus, Welling and Rosenbaum's stories are so engaging that you don't even need to ask questions. Thanks for the memories.
Smallville was the very first show that I have ever watched since freshman year of high school until the very end of the series. I remember when the very last episode had ended, I just sat there on my couch for about 10 mins. I didn't know what to do next because something that was ongoing for 10 years of my life had finally ended. It was a very different feeling of sadness. I very glad that this reunion was the one that gave me closure. Thank you very much for this.
I'm with you on that, the finale left like an empty hole in me. I didn't know what to do with my Thursdays after that. It was the first show I fully finished. I didnt get into it until season 4. And now I've watched it fully through 3 times. I felt lost for awhile though the started Arrow and went on with all that. But till this day Smallvilles still number 1 in my heart and always will be.
The casting director didn’t get paid nearly enough for his or her choices on this show. Hit a homerun with every selection. Don’t think any other show can say that.
Still my favorite live-action versions of Clark, Lex, Lois, Lana and Kara. The stories sometimes did not do some of the characters justice, especially for the ladies, but acting-wise, I've yet to watch better interpretations. It's insane thinking that so many actors have done such a great job as Superman, and Welling still did it the best. And Rosenbaum, so zany in real life but his Lex was magnetic, compelling, intimidating and sympathetic all at once, a performance for the ages.
Tom Welling and Erica Durance would be crazy not to do another project together... the brimming talent and chemistry that only comes once in a lifetime. Would be a shame to not see it again.

Welling and Durance are the definitive Superman and Lois Lane. I was amazed at how effortlessly they were able to play off one another whether it was their bantering, action scenes or romance. Smallville's version of Lois and Clark were a breath of fresh air because they were entirely different from their predecessors.

This was awesome. The cast is hilarious and genuine friends. Rosenbaum is a killer comedian. Erica is sweet and kind, Tom had fun with this i can tell. Kristen definitely seems to like just enjoyed the chemistry within the group.

I started the series of Smallville again recently and today I needed to take a break from my Smallville marathon before watching the "Reckoning" episode because I knew it was gonna be hard for me to watch again, and you guys just so happened to recently done this interview and saw it on my RUclips feed. This heightened the mood, Tom the way you interact with the cast, especially Schnieder is powerful, more than you may realize. It hurts when Jonathan Kent dies, so powerful I literally had to take a break before watching. The finale when you see him working on the fence and you say "I've missed you" hit me the hardest in my life from anything on a show or movie. It's powerful, and believe me people relate more than you may think in various ways. Michael, you are the best Lex Luthor in history, and I have my favorite reptile named after you (no pun, I love my snakes). Speaking of pets, I'm here watching Smallville with my Mastiff 'Clark' and my new puppy 'Lois' named after the characters just like my snake. I loved Smallville so much, watched it over and over again. My husband was very depressed and in some ways it saved me from a big depression myself.
Smallville's magic was letting Clark Kent be Clark Kent. It was a key element of what made Smallville resonate so strongly with us.
