Seeing this encouraged me to get a screen with a frame and fix mine - worked a treat! Just one thing I would say is - the speaker near at the top (phone earpiece) has a metal plate which fits there but isn't easy to see.
S7 Edge still is beast comparing to some todays phones. Is very good on games.

It takes longer to separate the glass screen and the digitizer, but it's worth a try to save over 100 bucks. Your digitizer seems to work ok so it's worth saving IMHO. Nice video.

Thanx for the great video... I have replaced the screen on my S7 edge. But once I powered it back on, I have no Cell signal. Could something specific be disconnected? I tested the screen, speakers, buttons, cameras etc... everything else works, it even shows I'm on the Verizon network. It just says no signal, so I cannot make any calls. Help please!
Is this screen now LCD and not OLED? as the listing you provide is lcd.
can you tell me what and where is the data antenna, and what and where is the wifi antenna because I changed my mother board and now my mobile data connection can not be established, only my wifi connection can be made. thanksAgain I can not use my cellular service only wifi
My screen is not cracked but the display is fuzzy. I was told it was the digitizer. is it possible something is just loose? it will still display an image but I am unable to us the touch screen. I'm wondering if I need to replace the entire face or just look for loose piece.

I would assume IP68 is essentially lost after a repair like this, as IP68 requires a vacuum to be maintained inside the device. I would guess some of the water/dust resistance is still in place but not as before. Would not submerge a repaired device like this in water for example as you could prior to the damage and subsequent repair.
Wow you are so cool! In my country the repair prize is 200 euro"s and they say not sure about that will be 100% good and not will see the Glue behiend the screen :(

Great video! I have one question. I dropped my S7 edge accidentaly a couple of time while it had the charging cable plugged. After that I noticed that the "fast charge function" didn´t work anymore. Also I noticed now that the charging cable when its plugged in it wiggles more than before. So basically the question is, Is it a trouble with teh charging port, and if it is, can it be changed only that or does it come with the screen? Thanks

My Bread That depends on what adhesive you use, and how you place it. It wont be waterproof but you should be fine dropping it in water for a few seconds

+yaseen dhali I be been using the same phone for the past couple weeks works a treat no issues with the antenna cables they will either connect or fail the strength of the signal is dependent on my area

I had my s7 for like half my life and when I was camping and I forgot my phone was in my pocket when I went swimming but the next day it just died so now im on a 12 pro max now
If you want to remain waterproof repair your phone like this buy LCD and housing and there's a seller on eBay fonejoy that sells all your waterproof rear adhesive just search fonejoy

Samsung phones look so chap inside compared to apple. Just look at that tiny little vibration motor compared to Apple’s Taptic Engine!
Hahaha, samsung is much better, faster and smoother in games compared with iphones. Also vibrator is very good.
Apple phones looks like 8 years old phones. Apple phones stalled in time.
