If your Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge battery won't hold a charge and is constantly dying, you've found the right video! This easy to follow, step by step guide shows you how to safely replace your battery!
I loved my s4 so many good ol memories. So easy to just take out battery and replace it. Samsung started doing this shit with s6, s6 edge trying to copy apple with this no sd card and this internal battery bull shit that you can't replace or just difficult to replace it. S7,s7 edge they at least added sd card back, but still they have apple battery wanna be bullshit that is pretty difficult to replace for a lot of people and people not willing to take a risk of fucking their phones even more trying to replace the battery. Having the Ability to add a micro sd card of your choice and simple battery replacement are one of the main reason why we choose droid or samsung over apple.
I needed to do this procedure on my daughter's "hand-me-down" Galaxy S7 Edge. Her battery was pretty useless as it was the original. This guide was pivotal in helping me change out the battery. Thank you so much!
Thanks for the video. I just replaced my battery myself since the warranty expired a year ago on it and the battery was internally shorted. The hardest part is getting the back of the case off really. To adhere the battery to the frame and recreate the seal around the back edge I used 1mm Tessa brand tape.
Probably yes, but it would take a bit longer. On the other hand, it might be safer with a hairdryer :) A little tip though, if you could find a way to direct the heat more concentrated it would be better, so u don't overheat the parts that doesn't need heating. If u have that tube at the end for example, like many dryers do.

Nice, but there are 2 problems. 1. Work over a anti-static mat to avoid damaging the screen. 2. There is a black glue applied to the edge of the frame, you must clean the older one and replace it to avoid water from getting in.
