Notes taken and sorry about what women go through on the other hand they are not open to discuss what they are going through with their partners, who are left to guess wrong. Then the same vagina is used to reward or punish men so we don't know when it's dry or not.
I think physical intimacy is more mental and emotional than physical... And if anyone has struggles they should first make sure there are no mental and emotional issues first in the individual or in the relationship
Funny enough I had vaginal dryness with one guy and not with another guy so the first guy he was never good at intimacy no kissing etc during the sex and he wouldn’t do much foreplay second guy was the opposite I fell inlove with second guy and sex with him is incredible because give me that intimacy my body needed I dumped first guy

According to my BMI max weight should be 57kgs. There's some truth there but as African women we carry weight differently

I had a very stressful job and my vagina completely dried up as in Sahara desert had more moisture than I did lol! I ended up leaving that job and things naturally improved. I also started working out and let me tell you my husband is very happy because after a good weight lifting session at the gym I hunt him down; from the minute I leave the gym I start looking for him 🤣🤣🤣
