The children's bedroom shouldn't be downstairs without the parents bedroom
The laundry area is outside, first thing that needs better placement, even if stackable somewhere. Kids room and parent room need to switch. It’s okay, needs reconstructive plans.

I love the master bedroom with a computer work station and a big closet. The kids room bunkbeds with stairs makes sense. Did I miss something though? Where is the laundry room? Broom closet? Pantry? I also would have a wall instead of a railing by the master bedroom, for privacy! And to escape noise from the downstairs TV.
Washer and dryer inside house. Don't want to do laundry in the rain.
Mom had a wringer washing machine like 40 years ago. Sweating or freezing, she was washing clothes, on the enclosed carport.
I say all that to say “ain’t no way I’m washing clothes in the open, regardless if I have a house between me and the wind.
You don’t need a double vanity in the bathroom, put the washer/dryer in there. Also, why is there not a bathroom on the top floor?

A second story balcony is very greatly reduced in it's utility comfort and charm without generous roof overhang callibrated to achieve shade at all angles of days suns rays year round . It simply becomes neglected ignored disappointing . Add an umbrella at least or canvas peak roof ❤ .
