I'm a big fan of roman numerals, but it just disturbs me that they don't use the correct roman numeral for 4 -> IV instead use IIII. Thats why I wouldn't buy a dial with those roman numerals. I know it is silly, but just feels weird.

They are becoming more and more available. The influx started before Covid-19, most probably because of the new Sub with new 3235 movement that was supposed to be here by now. The pandemic postponed Baselworld and now it’s like clients are getting theirs with almost no waiting. Good for us SS Rolex lovers . Hope you gave that watch to your Dad :-)

Removal of stickers by AD sales persons is just silly. Rolex ADs are only creating third parties who can supply the stickers to grey market dealers and owners who just like to avoid scratches on their bracelets.

Hey, sometimes they ask you to show the watch yes. Not always, maybe depends on the security check and how it lays in your luggage.

of course depends on your local pricing which can vary between countries. For Dubai it is a 5% discount. Same level like Germany I think.
