Recipe name- Dal Bhukara
Preparing time-2hours
Cooking time- 2 hours
Serving-5 persons
Ingredients-
Dal whole urad-1/2 cup (100gm)
Dal urad wash - 1/4 cup ( 50gm)
Tomato puree- 1/2 cup (100ml)
Ginger garlic paste- 1/4 cup
Salt - to taste
Cream- 75 ml
Butter- 150 gm ( as you do leess)
Garam masala- 2pinch
Lemon- 1/2

Difficulty dish to make . I have made this over 50 times with different variations yet, only recently succeeded.The entire process will take 2 hrs of cooking . Quality of dal is the key element. This dish definately comes out awesome. Thanks chef bhupi.

I have always been praised for my Dal Makhni but I was never fully satisfied with that taste.But,here completes my search for that Perfect Dal Makhani I have been looking for ages! You won't but believe I don't even like any outside dal be it a popular restaurant,any famous dhaba and not even many 5 Stars for that matter!
This is the exact taste I was trenching for.I always believed this particular dal should not be spicy but it should have a mild tangy,creamy rich flavor.
And now I understood it that the taste I like is not Dal Makhani,it's always been Dal Bukhara! Which I obviously always relish only at ITC Maurya
I know you have already been honest as your name suggests and modest by mentioning the original father of the recipe Name.
