This looks like real restaurant recipe, i knew they don‘t use pressure cooker in restaurant. One video I saw, Chef would boil raw dal multiple time and throw black water, till water becomes clear. I always add bhuna zeera to this dal, it helps digestion. Or one can eat raita with bhuna zeera. Raita in general aids digestion. I saw another video of yours, one person commented: “truly underrated channel”. I couldn‘t agree more. Thank you for sharing restaurant tips and recipe!!

I have seen at least 20 recipies of dal makhani on youtube, incl the recipie by big chefs like vikas khanna. All make us fool, that is not how dal makhani is made. This is the best, honest and proffessional recipie, liked the art of making.

@@PratikPachal I dont think so. Slow cooker cooks the dal perfectly. I too have used it to make dal makni and left it over night if I wanted it for lunch. Tastes awesome.

Slow-cooked food is always more nutritious than say if you cooked this on high flame in a pressure cooker in 15-20 mins. This is how our ancestors used to cook everything.
