Hill repeats on a borrowed bike

Hill repeats on a borrowed. Mrs C was at work so, I too her bike out and tried it out on my favourite hill climb repeat course. I wasn't disappointed it was a lot easier even in the big cog and a bigger gear than normal. Got to get ne one. Hill repeats what's the benefits? let me know your thoughts in the comments.
