It's just so sad that "time" has taken its toll on the Canadian Brass. Chuck and Charles started this group, sadly we are down to one last "original" member. New members of the Canadian Brass, you guys have enormous shoes to fill. Marty, David, Ronald, Chuck, Charles and (The One and Only, May he rest in Eternal Peace), Mr. Fred Mills. All of these gentleman did so much, and influenced so many youngsters(I am one of those kids.), about music. I had the pleasure meeting these gentlemen backstage at the Kravis Center, here in WPB, Fl. I was 17. I went back stage and I heard Mr. O-Hearn sluring triple octaves, I stood back with a smile, from ear-to-ear in awe!!! TO THE ORIGINAL CANADIAN BRASS, THANK YOU and may God Bless. Most Sincerely, Jim (South Florida)
Oh my gosh u guys are the best I am a 3rd year band student I play the trumpet and I look up to you guys so much I hope to be good as you guys some day
I have to say, Caleb does really good work with that piccolo trumpet, it almost adds a New Orleans clarinet color to that beginning section. Also, if you listen really closely, a lot of the breathing, foot tapping, and moving clothing on upbeats sounds a lot like jazz brushes, especially at 1:41. Kind of makes me wish there were some drums in there, but that's just me as a percussionist wanting to break up a perfectly good brass quintet.
Hop, juste avant de me coucher je tombe là-dessus... Très bonne surprise! Merci pour cette magnifique interprétation de "Amazing Grace" qui nous remet les "pendules à l'heure"
i like how all of them laugh at the end im not sure if there was a joke said but made it look like they were relifed to make such beautiful music im a 7 year player and im waiting to sound as beautiful as you guys nice work
Im a trombonist and normally give trumpets shit for being not that enjoyable to listen too but Chris colletti is an exception, OUTSTANDING trumpet player!
This weekend, Chris himself played the opening stanza for the funeral procession of his childhood music teacher, Richard Casparie. What a spectacular sendoff!
Hi Canadian Brass. Where can I buy your arrangement for "Libertango" as played in your Album in Spotify 'Magic Horn'? It sounds extremely breathtaking!
Imagine opening your window on a normal Friday afternoon and hearing this beauty
Bruh, that trumpet playing just made my day about a billion times better. I love this.
I have just discovered this group 15 minutes ago. They are amazing. This is definitely the best rendition of 'Amazing Grace' I have ever heard.
They're kinda pro. Hell I bought their cd (a CD! when they were big back in like 1998. (I think it was that long ago, it's been a while.)

Some of the parts that the curly haired trumpet did remind me of some swing jazz feel.
+OriginalRanger That was the point i'm sure
OriginalRanger yeah this is amazing grace with the Jazz b flat blues I am pretty sure

My dad had it played at his funeral.
This weekend, Chris himself played the opening stanza for the funeral procession of his childhood music teacher, Richard Casparie. What a spectacular sendoff!
