I agree....eggs should have no color(browning)!!! Omelets with ingredients are tough to do.....but if you lower the temp and cover the pan while cooking....the bottom isn't brown! Use a torch to tighten up any runny spots on the top....then fold it out onto the plate. Love the video!!
I love Perfectly cooked eggs too. if you have to Scramble them, you eat like a child. I can to perfectly fried and poached. Come on dude.. scrambled eggs are the silliest easiest way to cook eggs.. it's not Rocket Science. Come back when you have real cooking skills.
