I recently got a two bedroom two bathroom unit in South Charlotte and I get so many questions about the area and other places I looked at. I am touring apartments just for you guys to give you the options I never showed you. Some of these complexes are newly built so you'd be the first person to live in your new home! Did you notice super thin walls/ loud music at Tryon park? I know you wasn’t there long...It’s definitely a little outdated😩 but what I LOVE is the counter space, floors (minus the carpet but I guess lol!) love the sunroom, closet spaces, and the laundry room! I may have to compromise. It’s huge for me and my kids! Price is great too
Apartment 1 and 3 😍... 2 was nice but they could’ve had better updated appliances etc. 💯 great video!

I have more coming up! I’m from NY and I’ve been here for some years and have no intention on moving back. Truly the best decision I’ve made! I’ve been in NC but just moved to Charlotte a few months ago ❤️

The units are beautiful but pricey and I am from Chicago never expected clt to be so expensive.
The units I’ve toured are more on the upper end of the pricing. I can look into some places that are more reasonable but I must say, this is the typical price for what you get. You literally get what you pay for so for the lower prices you won’t get this look or the amenities nor will you get the neighborhood. I can try to find some with more of a middle ground though ❤️
@@AphroditeNichelle i agree they definitely are updated and nice i am tuned in love your channel. I am a single mother looking to move there. Do you know if any utilities are included in most units?
Thank-you so much! ❤️ I will definitely seek some with better pricing but still in a decent area. The utilities are included in the rent as well as amenity fees. So the utility charges will change depending on your personal usage.
@@Mzchina88 the further you go out, country wise, the cheaper. You just gotta drive to Charlotte/Concord for malls, shopping etc.... It’s depends on your needs

It’s right behind their clubhouse. When you go out their back door you walk into the clubhouse.
This was so nice !! I’ll be relocating from Brooklyn so I needed this. I noticed you didn’t state all the prices for each apartment I was curious on the ranges that I should expect.
Aww yaaay! That’s where I’m from too! I linked all of the links to the apartment websites down below but for a nice apartment with two bedrooms they start around 1200 for the south end and ballantyne area 🤍✨

@@AphroditeNichelle We chose the Sycamore at Tyvola ( 15:20 ). Genuinely lovely place. We've been here over a month now. We love Charlotte a lot, coming from Harker Heights, Texas. The rooms are huge, large kitchen, large living room, plenty of storage. We chose the 2-Bedroom, 2-Bath, the same floor plan you toured. In fact, we are in the "Worthington" building, close to the second unit you toured ( 23:20 ), so cool! Thank you for the video. It helped.
Loving these videos because I will be moving there end of March. I have no clue other than I will be moving to South Charlotte. I need all the help.
South Charlotte is the best in my opinion.. I just looked at two more today and I’m now actually considering moving again myself lol..
