Great job young man, you are an inspiration 🙌🏽 I agree when you said #1 should not be 3k per month....#2 definition had a better view and was more on par with its price point. Seems like the one your in now was the best deal for what you were looking for. That is always my goal. All of these were really nice. I wish I could find one with a huge bedroom and big closet under 2k. Ill be using your tips to research. Thanks again.
Hey! Super cool video man! I appreciate sharing the tips. I currently have a week to tell my apartment if i’m renewing or not, but then if I say no, I’ll get till pretty much Halloween for my current lease to end and find a new spot. Any recommendations on nice (luxury) places that also might be good on the price? I’m hoping October time has better prices than now. I visited the Ellis this week and it was nice but the outside of the building felt super unsafe. any advice would be great
@@ItsFreshCut currently in noda tryna move to uptown if possible but honestly walkable+safety is high prio so if there are other options i could consider
@kyawitherfam Centric Gateway and that whole neighborhood of third ward is a decent balance of that compared to the Ellis. The Presley in Uptown is another good one. If you’re trying to be in the optimist park neighborhood area, broadstone craft is great. And finally metropolitan ave has a couple apartments that are safe and walkable.
