I can see it happening already, Luffy after having beaten everyone and claiming the title of Pirate King and Hyguma just pops up going "I've been training this whole time, my power now is unmatched and now I shall defe-" and Luffy just knocks him out with a tiny Conqueror's Haki wave

the similarities were weird. I always got this strange feeling from that stretch of Sabaody that Oda wanted to expand Sanji's backstory sooner but then he either just came up with Duval or decided to wait. I could be 100% wrong but that's just the energy I was getting from it

I could imagine that Morgan laid low for a little while before his ego got the better of him and he tried kicking up some trouble and throwing his weight around. Which worked for all of 10 minutes before the Marines sent someone to kick his ass and haul him in again.
and that someone was helmeppo and koby. that would be a touching moment, like Morgan seeing his son being a great Marine and finally coming to the realization that he fucked up and allows his son to take him in.

What I want to see for the last big battle is for Luffy to be struggling. He's learned everything and is doing gear 5 awakened CoC haki imbued attacks but it's not enough. Then Foxy shows up and throws Luffy the afro wig for the final power up to win.

I honestly am a bit curious of what role Ryokugyu is going to play in the story. Judging by how he is being built up in a way a bit similar to Akainu, I am guessing he will also be a villain or antagonist. Also, hope everyone is having a great day!
Most of the cover stories have made its way back into the story except Enel on the moon, gedetsu at the spa and the most recent Bege’s family. Not sure if gedetsu will come back.
It's so weird realizing that Wapol isn't even thirty. Also a though i've had for quite a while, but can Daz Bones potentially turn his body into a meito blade? or a black blade?
Maybe not a permanent black blade, but if he learns haki he could definitely coat his blades while using his fruit. Which would make his character waaay more interesting
the thing is: "meito" are blades that turned famous for one reason or another. Hasn't it recently been mentioned that the best quality a sword can have at the start is at the level of an O'Wazomono? But the sword still has to gain such a rank, either through the fame of the swordsmith or of the person who will wield it. I don't think that Daz' blades can be a literal black blade. A blade with that kind of status would stay black even after switching owners, but does that count for specific devil fruits?
@bernardo the sheer difference in the hits they both took. Daz legit brushed off a chest slash from Mihawk at Marineford with minor difficulty. For evety hit Zoro landed Daz landed like 20. Im honestly surprised the fight didnt kill him Zoro was bleeding so damn much.

Celestial Dragons: Use Vegapunk's tools and inventions, which are 500 years ahead of their time - Nah. Use weak slaves - Perfect. The only exception seems to be Kuma, but he's still a slave.
It's not about the service, it's about the message. There are technologies that can do what the slaves do, far better than the slaves ever could, but the Celestial Dragons use slaves to demonstrate their superiority over ordinary people by callously owning and disposing of them.

That was advised for dealing with any space colonies that decided using androids that looked and acted like children in warfare was a viable tactic for victory, amongst other things. Think about the magnetic fields of every island, the logport's, the need of psychic snails to communicate, dial energy for skypia, slave energy for Marie Joa. And his devil fruit power though? Overpowered tbh if used right.
I personally don't think there is an assassin going after Dolfidingus, I think he assumes there's one because he's still that full of himself despite the complete walloping from Luffy.
The fact is the epic battle in Wano is just the beginning with all the battle lines that are being drawn since the end of the Reverie things are going to get much worse especially when certain villains like Doflamingo Crocodile and Eneru return.
I think I figured out how black beard can use 2 devil fruit. an ability of his fruit is absorbing so what if he can absorb the ability from the physical Devil fruit but has to have it on him hidden or something. And it's not a permanent ability And he would not have needed to eat it. hence why he's not dead
I like to think that captain Kuro decided to give up on being a pirate and ether lay low for the rest of his life or moved to a pirate paradise/deserted island to live the rest of his life as peacefully as possible.
It would be amazing if at the end of the series, the Lord of the Coast spits up Higuma, then he goes to Fusha Village and has a run in with a now pirate king Luffy. I could see Higuma being clueless of how infamous Luffy is and disrespects him only for Luffy to brush it off and laugh like Shanks did. Would be a nice way for the story to come full circle

But the sword still has to gain such a rank, either through the fame of the swordsmith or of the person who will wield it.
I don't think that Daz' blades can be a literal black blade. A blade with that kind of status would stay black even after switching owners, but does that count for specific devil fruits?

@bernardo the sheer difference in the hits they both took. Daz legit brushed off a chest slash from Mihawk at Marineford with minor difficulty. For evety hit Zoro landed Daz landed like 20. Im honestly surprised the fight didnt kill him Zoro was bleeding so damn much.

I personally don't think there is an assassin going after Dolfidingus, I think he assumes there's one because he's still that full of himself despite the complete walloping from Luffy.

I think I figured out how black beard can use 2 devil fruit. an ability of his fruit is absorbing so what if he can absorb the ability from the physical Devil fruit but has to have it on him hidden or something. And it's not a permanent ability And he would not have needed to eat it. hence why he's not dead

I like to think that captain Kuro decided to give up on being a pirate and ether lay low
for the rest of his life or moved to a pirate paradise/deserted island to live the rest of his life as peacefully as possible.
It would be amazing if at the end of the series, the Lord of the Coast spits up Higuma, then he goes to Fusha Village and has a run in with a now pirate king Luffy. I could see Higuma being clueless of how infamous Luffy is and disrespects him only for Luffy to brush it off and laugh like Shanks did. Would be a nice way for the story to come full circle
