Fuel filter thermostatic valve investigation - Land Rover Freelander 2

very interesting video about the thermostatic valve and one of the problems that exists is that when the valve oil closed, diverting warm fuel from the rail and injector leak off it is also introducing air back into the fuel filter, not a good thing as far as I'm concerned.
