Tried feral+ hunter, its nice but you feel like a pet as druid lol. You can do insane things as this duo. Ret+ smite priest is nice, pala buffs priest's holy dmg, both can heal, double buffs, zero gear conflict and priest is pala's ticket for dungeons as well :P The relaxing "holy bros duo".
I played Hunter+Feral in 2005 (I was the Druid). Most of the time, the Hunter opening up full blast was enough to get mobs to 20% hp by the time my slow ass made it there. So I felt pretty useless besides keeping the pet topped off. And if shit hits the fan, the druid is the one taking aggro with nobody to heal you.
Other great combos for synergy: 1.) Rogue + Feral druid (skin lw mandatory for one) 2.) Pala + lock (double free mounts) 3.) Mage + Boomy druid (tailoring + skinning lw) 4.) Enhance Sham + Resto Sham (not joking, getting 2 sets of totems is OP. Having these 2 plus a warrior is the dream trio, totems are better than Fortitude or MotW. Grace of Air and Windfury. Strength of Earth and stoneskin or other utility earth like grounding or poison cleansing, mana tide totem and healing stream totem, two fire totems is just gravy on top.)
The hunter's Distracting Shot doesn't taunt the target, it only generates a large amount of threat. The hunter's pet doesn't have a taunt. It only has Growl, which is an ability that generates a large amount of threat.
Well idk cause the tool for distracting shot says “distracts the target to attack you”. From that wording it seems like it works just like warriors “taunt” and it’s guaranteed to pull threat if the attack lands
@@JustLikeYou. In Classic, it only generates threat. It was changed to actually taunt the target only in WotlK. This is patch note from wowpedia: "Patch 3.0.2 (2008-10-14): This shot now "taunts" the target onto the Hunter. The taunt effect will last 6 seconds."
3:39 this is kind of confusing. Why use wrath footage for this? You can’t use traps when shit hits the fan you have to use them before and are more like polymorph for classic.
I am currently doing a Super Hammer Bro’s Trio: 3 Humans (for the weapon skill), Holy Pala Arms Warr Combat Rogue All with 2h/1h maces and talents in on proc chance to stun. Wishing we had a priest (1h mace!) for some more buff and healing to free up pala more!
Hunter+rogue is fastest, hunter keeps pulling while rogue takes imp backstab and remorseless and snipes those big crits. Rogue can always get fast behind the target without stealth when hunter aggroes first
Rogue and Druid is fun for stealth runs in caves to bypass trash. Duo of hunter/hunter is fun af but a little chaotic. Mage/mage and hunter/mage are also awesome with your pet tank and crowd control
Double frost mages and double hunter feels like cheating ahaha, first one is like 2 machines guns with shatter combos and second is like a small army. You see a camp send both pets all dead lol. Mage is actually nice with all classes, vending machine with CC, teleports and nice dmg what not to like ;)
@@Kanivalos80 nailed it with double hunter being cheat mode. Fun on a pvp server as well as double stealth elf and double stealth cat. The ambushes can be epic. The double mage with a blizzard fest can be seriously quick with leveling.
One I never see mentioned but I had super good experiences with is Paladin/Priest abusing judgement of crusader for the insane spellpower, can call the duo "By the Light!"
Are there any expressed rules for duos in the upcoming Blizzard HC servers? I have a friend in a different time zone I want to level alongside but we probably won’t always be able to level together 100% of the time.
Mage and Druid. Teleports, Amplify magic to boost healing, Arcane Intellect stacks well with MotW. Bear swipe and Blizzard. Slow fall. Conjure mana gems and water for the Druid. Innervate/Evocation. The list is endless.
if any of you actaully tried duo hardcore you would know only good "combo" is shaman+druid / priest+warlock and for alliance paladin with anything pretty much. Everything else is B tier
im planning to start play hardcore with a friend, and im considering this combo, witch alot of guides says are great. why doesent it work at all in your opinion?
@@goldeneagle256 the moment the shaman does anything and I mean anything he will have aggro, shamans also really drop off around lvl 30-40. On paper it seems like shamans would be great but it's just not reality

i like your videos overall. lately it feels really rushed tough tbh. what your references here? i know its just supposed to be your opinion, but i really learned like 1 new thing this video and im mostly casual. i like your no bs attitude overall and position against gatekeeping. the content lately is weaker than when i first started watching though.
Doing daily uploads there's going to be some hits & some misses, not all of it will be your cup of tea specifically. For me, I just make the videos I like to make. This one was not any more rushed than many of my other videos I've done as it required research & editing, not just me talking about a topic. It's only been 9 days since my big 1hr18min video on Class Picking in HC which took me 30+ hours of work. As for my references for the video, I believe I made it clear towards the beginning that I was basing this off of class synergy & speed, as the first sentence of the video was "will be based on Class Synergy, how well they work with eachother, and also speed." Having played Classic WoW & Season of Mastery (where there was a HC mode that a lot of content creators used while leveling) we have some pretty significant references in terms of speed, and synergy is based on class synergy. Buff stacking, how well they work with eachother etc. There's a lot of other duo's that can work just as well or better, depending on inidividual player skill on certain classes. I also didn't want to cover Double Mage or Double Hunter because I wanted to focus on actual duo classes instead of class-stacking.

@@lordmatz3435 Don't take my response wrong, I hear your feedback & take it to me, I just wanted to provide my point of view! :D I try to cover the things of WoW I personally find interesting, which are a little bit all over the place as I dip my toes into every aspect of the game, which means some of my videos might be less appealing to some people if they don't care about that specific subject/topic ^^
I think part of it is there has been minimal new info on the hardcore specifics, so many content creators are doing similar stuff. It feels like this is old partly because classic info is basically the same and we are all just excited to get into official hc.
They cannot indeed. Go to 5:55 in the video where I say it and you can see I already corrected myself in the editing process by writing "not taunt, kek" in big red writing on the screen + linking Righteous Fury to show what I meant.

Pally + rogue is just insane speed.. you have might early and can crush thru early lvls giga fast

Shaman hunter is insane, the totem that gives strenght and later the one with agility buffs a beastmaster hunters pet so much that no gear is needed

I dual box, and I always run priest and hunter. It's so op to have pocket heals for my pet. Plus I love both classes and can't pick just one

wonder why u didnot talk about duo mage lvling as it is super duper safe and fast . preaty much duo mage minimizes any hardness of aoeing and dieing
