How about mowe ofada in terms of land investment

This was the debate I had with about three reactors 4 months ago. Ibeju Lekki is already saturated. Any land that is more than 5 minutes drive farther than Tropicana is No No.
Imagine how I doze off when I was asked to come and look at some premium lands in Ibeju, it took us about 3 hours from Eleko to get there whereas I can take 40 minites to get to Epe from same Eleko.

Exactly what I meant. Quicker to get to Epe now than some.areas of Ibeju.
