Oooh, yeah that would make for a good tutorial. Honestly the main reason that they don't sound choppy (I think) is because each new voiceover continues where the previous one left off. If you were to write them out in text form it would look like 1 person saying one sentence but when multiple people are finishing each others sentences is how it sounds more fluid. Let me know if I understood your question correctly. Or did you mean choppy as in audio quality?
