    Have had these tires for 4 years and 65k miles on them, looks like I can squeeze another 15k before they wear out to the point they’ll need to be changed. Mud, rain and dry traction is superb. Haven’t had them in snow so I can’t attest to that. Road noise is minimal for a mudterrain tire and still is very good even at 65k miles.

    Nice job on the review Geolandar MTs are fairly light compared to most MTs. I will keep watching your videos. 🤙

    I just bought new 37” after going up from 35” same geolanders. I got 60k out of them before I swapped for anyone who’s asking about longevity 😊

    True jack of all tire, have had Ridge Grappler and Mud Grappler as well as BFG KM3, this is the only tire I can live with on road and they are brilliant off road regardless of terrain.

    Thanks for all the great content Caleb. I enjoy your videos mucho. I just today purchased 17x9 Fuel Revolver Wheels that I’m super excited about. Wrapping with a 35” Nitto Trail Grappler M/T. I can’t wait to get them on. I’ll be posting a before and after video.

    Just found your channel. Great review. I did a search on the G003 tire and you popped up. Funny, I sold my 2016 JK Rubicon and got a 2009 GX470 just to try something different. I put Geolandar X-AT's on the 470 and really like them. The 470 is such a beast offroad. Now, I've got a JL392 XR on order and was looking at just putting 37's on them. Ironically I've narrowed it down to the Geolandar X-AT & G003. Both rigs are 95% highway driving. From the reviews it looks to be win/win with either Geolandar tire. Nice to see a channel that owns both a GX470 & a Jeep. Subscribed.

      Love it! That’s super cool and agreed, the GXs rock. A buddy of mine has the 392 XR and LOVES it. Congrats! We are starting a ground up JT build too which will be fun. Glad to have you following along! 👊🏼

    I have a question about 37s on a dana 30, I have a jk Willy’s with a dana30 in front, it’s trussed, chromoly axles and geared to 4.88 with Eaton E-lockers, is it a candidate for 37s or would locker be an overwhelming strain on it? Thanks in advance!

    • @4XTRAIL
      @4XTRAIL  Год назад +1

      Hey David, great question. It sounds like you have the same modifications to your D30 as I do except for the e-locker (mine is just an open diff). I honestly think not having a front locker has saved my D30 over the last 2 years of wheeling with 37s. You’d probably be fine for a while but you’d have to go easy when locked on the rough stuff. Sounds like it’s a two door? If so that should help too because the vehicle is a little lighter.
