Doing this work-out thought out the day 2 or 3 times was stated by Dr. Bush to be more effective for many women than working out for 45 mins a day in his experience. 2. These can be done every day. Movement that you enjoy everyday is something I recommend. That can be done in bewteen gym days too. This is one exercise I have found people really enjoy and feel that they can fit it in through out the day. Hope that answers your questions. Thanks for asking.

These are high intensity aerobics, not weight training, and thus can be done daily.The objective is exercising the 16 largest muscles creating nitrite oxide, thus improving blood circulation which lowers hypertension.Dr..Bush created this NO dump exercise and demos modification options.
