August 8th, the original festival date, Loveland presents the online premiere of the Loveland Lake Sessions.
Surrounded by the lush trees of the Sloterpark, home of Loveland Festival since 2005, the blue oase is the perfect backdrop for this breathtaking streaming experience.
A summer without festivals won’t keep us from doing what we love most; connecting people through music.

@@sillyjrnvideos Really great music. But I feel like the camera may be from the early 2000's. Is it shot on DV? I recognize some of those defects, used to drive me nuts on my dad's modestly expensive sony film camera.

Ya, it looks as though that was the initial plan. Who knows what changed it. Could be noise laws after a certain hour, or simply the insect attraction to the lights.

Great set. Definitely excessive to have an entire massive case out on the left to just connect one filter module, but obviously the giant synth rig is part of his live show aesthetic and he probably doesn't like rearranging his modules into a more compact setup either so he doesn't have to think about where he's reaching when performing.
Good eye! I think this is a sound check. Might've gotten more involved later.
