Good on Gordon for switching codes the principles for both codes are the same run, catch, pass, tackle and communication

Quade would have killed it in league with the 10 metre offside rule, he would have been the next Benji Marshall

@@TheShepdawg9he was about as good as benji on d. Plenty of halfs in league have been pretty average on d, like ponga

@@enterpassword3313 but Quade was literally just let people run by him. Like... At least try. The reds ended up putting Quade at fullback in defence cause he couldn't tackle in the flyhalf position.

@@TheShepdawg9 what? No he didnt, he was decent with his timings and reads, he just had poor technique... and actually its pretty standard in union for years now for the flyhalf to drop back on defense... smh

@@enterpassword3313 he literally let nonu jog past him once. It was embarrassing. How many fly halves can you name that the coach deliberately swapped out with the fullback because the were a constant liability in defence?

His stint in league will actually make him a better rugby player if he ever decides to go back. 1 thing though - he’s going to have to manage his body with the amount of traffic he’s going to get in league. He’ll be defending around the fringes and you’ve got Chrichton, Kikau, O’laokoatu and crew finding you every set.

Gordon was the worst international rugby player I've ever seen. I've never seen so many errors by a player in a short period. He's probably a great guy, but his talent won't be missed.
