I took a 10 day extension during my internship for a family vacation, would that be considered a valid reason?

My internship of 7 days in A&E got delayed by 7 months as interns were not allowed in A&E during Covid.... Can GMC understand this?

if there is a delay of about 1-2 months (after completing internship to getting local registration[DUE TO name correction in documents and due to some vacation.. ),will that be a big deal for them?
