So Dirk, Wade, etc all complained about a ball used for only 3 months between 1976 to 1977? Before they were born??? Shaq was about 5/6 and he complained too? Wow!!

When I first seen these my thought was that it'll only work inside. Small rocks will find their way into those holes and throw the balance of the ball off if you wanna hoop outside

Well I mean any ball that is the NBA official ball would only be an indoor ball? Am I wrong? Like the best basketballs are always indoor only. Like I never see anyone playing with an Wilson evolution outside, I had one in highschool($60 pricetag, idk of it was the NBA official ball but everyone on every team I played school and aau knew it was the best ball) I never let it touch anything but the indoor court floor.... Also my living room floor when my mom was at work 😂

If it's not broken, don't fix it.

And they want to put in a 4 point line. Maybe one day a 5 point and a 10 Point line. If that is what they plan do they will need to change the name of the game "Pin Ball" !!! Lol!!!🤣🤣🤣

How the hell are you mentioning the players complaining about the new ball from the late 2000s, but then claiming they used it for only three months in 1976? You literally show articles dated from the 2000s interviewing Shaq, who obviously didn't play in the 70s.

Honestly after seeing it bounce, if it's a the perfect level of bounce equavilaent of a perfectly inflated Wilson evolution as well as the holes not effecting trajectory( I assume their testing shows it doesn't or else I don't think they would have made this decision) I think it could actually make a great ball! It's always annoying formexample, to be playing away game and theybring out the game evolution ball and it's too inflated or deflated and the coaches have tospend the next 10 mins pumping and releasing air to get that perfect ratio. Saw this mainlymin aau, my highschool and most we played had a pumpmwith a gauge on it that solved the issue. But a ball that's like that all the time would be awesome, especially for a personal ball. Sorry for the long rant, I have adhd, it's nighttime here and my medicine has worn off, you've received and word vomit of my entire thought orocess. Sorry not sorry(I really am sorry tho)

It is Wilson's "airless" prototype, meaning that there wont be a need to inflate the ball. A lot of people are questioning how it's even possible.
