Great info for stripping and rebuilding. My sanders black plastic wheel had ‘welded’ itself to the green casing and I had a difficult job getting the ‘ innards’ out.
That’s great BUT the sander is still as useful as a chocolate teapot without the two rubber grippers, one for each clamp at either end of the vibrating plate.

You can use universal lubricating oil but it's better to use bearing grease to prevent leakage. good luck
