    Great video, super entertaining. Poor Dillon, he was so sure yellow was the Stagg.

    Does anyone else prefer the old format where the audience didn't know which bottles were in each glass? I kind of liked being surprised with them when it's revealed at the end. I know it's dumb, but I also liked guessing which glass was which (even though I obviously can't taste them myself).
    Maybe it's just me.

      The old format might help with views, too, because I would always watch through to the end and then rewind back to watch the tasting notes again.

    Only thing that would have been better is a Cameo from the Butcher to announce the winning bottle.

    I sent this idea to the Junkies just now, but I think you would do well with an episode where you make calculated blends, such as 1oz of Eagle Rare 10 with 1oz of Stagg and see what happens. 1oz of Jack 12 with 1oz of Jack Barrell Proof. What's the verdict? Doooooo it.

    Those were some great guesses by Dutch. The wheat funk and nuttiness for the LBP and the fresh crack of a Stagg will have a little less artificial grape than usual and could easily be mistaken for an ECBP, which has a little less nuttiness than other HH products.
    Which batch of Kentucky Owl is this? The 9 was really good.

      Apparently when you divide green by yellow, you get blue. You know you're on another plane of existence when you start mixing math and art. 😂

    can you show the answers then hide them again? I really liked the reveal and journey from the older format, best of both worlds with just flashing

    • @BeThereAgain_BestServedNeat
      @BeThereAgain_BestServedNeat 2 месяца назад

      Myself, I strongly prefer to know the bottles *while* they're doing the tastings.
      But I just recently for the first time saw a channel do the "show the answers then hide them." What the channel did was, right before the tasting started, cut in a "Spoiler Alert Coming In" and then did a five second countdown (with the screen showing "5" "4" "3" "2" "1"). Then, the spoiler was shown for about five seconds, during which the viewer could look away if they didn't want to know the "answers."
      This could could be a compromise to make everyone happy.

      I very much prefer the bottle spoilers.
      What is it you don't like about them?

    • @eddiesedits
      @eddiesedits 3 месяца назад

      @@BeThereAgain_BestServedNeat I like the blind experience where I'm listening to each of their thoughts on each glass and then seeing the reveal at the same time they do. No hate on preferring the bottle spoilers, just wish it wasn't baked into the video, maybe hidden in the video description

    • @pickleeater3102
      @pickleeater3102 3 месяца назад +2

      @bethereagainproductions6534 yeah, I prefer seeing the bottles and listening to their descriptions at the same time.
