This video shows the journey from goat herd to cheese board featuring Harvey's Cheese and Sirocco Ridge Farm. It's easier to eat local than you think and this farm and cheese shop are great examples. Did I mention there are goats? What about the best freaking cheese I've ever eaten in my entire life? Yes, I cried from cheese. I'm not ashamed.
Sirocco Ridge Farm is a great example of permaculture and sustainability. Goats, and the milk they make, are one part of that system. Harvey's Cheese gets a lot of its products from local and regional cheese makers. These are two wonderful businesses that practice what they preach.
