Now that you put it that way, I lose all interest in the model plane (which I can see) and become extremely interested in what "they" do for a living and how they do it (which I don't see) - because that's where the real magic is happening.
Oddball 2012 back in the day i knew a narcissistic guy just like you he was bragging about being a real pilot and making fun of the toy pilots. Well guess what he was never able to fly an rc plane without crashing any rc pilot will have alot more success flying a real plane than the other way around. Im a pilot and an rc pilot, i have to say every real plane pilot should learn how to fly rc planes to observe what the plane does as supose to just feel it, it will much more improve their capabilities in an emergency situation or any situation Bring any real plane to a rc pilot and bring a real pilot to a rc plane and youll see who does better, my money is on the rc pilote anytime. That is real skill
Not if you have millions you would, crashing that wouldn't, it would be the same as average Joe crashing thier 500 dollar pride and joy it's all relative. It's when you put hundreds of hours handcrafting a scale replica out a of a mountain of basla and ply wood regardless of the cost crashing them is extremely painful because it represents something, you can buy these jets rtf if you got the money there's no meaning invested its just money.
Incredible r/c model jet! It looks, taxies & flies like a full scale jet, which it nearly is. That r/c model jet is about the size of a BD-5J, which has a pilot aboard.
This is beautiful. In almost all models that I've watched, even the super large ones, they tend to bounce around and controls are too sensitive, which gives away their realism. This one had none of that. I suspect flying at sunset may have had something to do with that with very little wind. Amazing. The flares were icing on the cake. Great model, great flying, great video.
Wow holy smoke, what a amazing flight that was the best RC flight I think I’ve ever seen plus the Percision on your RC model is uncanny thanks for the absolute wonderful video👍👍👍😉

The pilot seems to fly “scale” speeds and realistic maneuvers better than almost any other turbine pilot I’ve seen. At the same time, he rolls more coal than any other turbine pilot I’ve seen.
The docile landings are especially impressive. It's almost like it was helium filled. Truly amazing. Can't imagine putting $75k in the air like that but glad you're able to. Respect and admiration.
Half of the comments are: "He could have bought a real plane with that money.." Well, RC flying means that the we love to SEE the planes in the sky, and if they fly the way we want, the better it is. It is about making your own airshow. Being in a plane is nice for sure, but you don't see what you love from there, which is the plane...you see instruments, doors, windows, seats and landscapes which is great too. When someone finds the price of your things he instantly thinks he could have bought "something better" with that money, a smarther investment. Every field has it's peak, it's part of evolution in that field. We all have things that some people on Earth would consider overpriced, or unnecessary to have or to buy.

This is an ELITE sub-culture of extremely rich hobbyists. Your passions don't change w/ time; only your body & wallet do.
Now that you put it that way, I lose all interest in the model plane (which I can see) and become extremely interested in what "they" do for a living and how they do it (which I don't see) - because that's where the real magic is happening.

"I'm a pilot"
"Oh that is so cool, commercial or military?"
"I fly toy planes"
Hahaha 😂
You calling this a toy is kinda offensive
@@Simon11354 Calling the people who play with these toys pilots is kinda offensive to real pilots.
@@RustyShackleford66 got any beancan grenades?
Oddball 2012 back in the day i knew a narcissistic guy just like you he was bragging about being a real pilot and making fun of the toy pilots. Well guess what he was never able to fly an rc plane without crashing
any rc pilot will have alot more success flying a real plane than the other way around.
Im a pilot and an rc pilot, i have to say every real plane pilot should learn how to fly rc planes to observe what the plane does as supose to just feel it, it will much more improve their capabilities in an emergency situation or any situation
Bring any real plane to a rc pilot and bring a real pilot to a rc plane and youll see who does better, my money is on the rc pilote anytime. That is real skill
That landing though, wow! I cried when I crashed my $40 kit, I hope you never feel that pain x $70k worth!
Very stable at skow speeds when landing. Incredible skill at flying also. Just awesome to witness
I cant imagine how difficult that is to land, especially having no cockpit view
same thoughts, don't have a clue how he did it
Never mind 😅
The size of wing also creates lift so probably not as bad as we think.
Actually pretty easy considering the size and stability of the aircraft.
I mean it's 75000 so pretty sure its got high end sensors
It would certainly take strong nerves and a steady hand to safely fly such an expensive machine with a remote controller. :)
@@ThomasDoubting5 irrespective of how rich you are, it hurts a lot more crashing this than a WOT-4
@@ThomasDoubting5 it’s all relative, but there’s plenty of cheap millionaires so your comment makes no sense
By the time he flew this he has logged hundreds of hours of flight time.
All that jet had left to do was a sonic boom because it checked all the boxes. Thank you for sharing your hobby.
That is a thing of absolute beauty and love! Sounds amazing, flys amazing and the smoke and flares?!? Gorgeous!
Beautiful. Sooo happy to see this done with a Czech fighter/trainer. The Aero L-39 Albatros NG is my favourite though. 😊
So much envy in this comment section. Yes, he apparently can afford this, yes his wife is apparently fine with it.
Congrats for the nice plane and superb flying display! :)
...and his wife :-)
@Dan Krohn jealous mate????
Incredible jet! I have seen a lot of Jets at my local airfield but nothing as sweet as this.
@Dan Krohn I think he just has money and went crazy with his hobby, most would do the same if they could
you mean his husband, come on look at his hair
The pilot seems to fly “scale” speeds and realistic maneuvers better than almost any other turbine pilot I’ve seen.
At the same time, he rolls more coal than any other turbine pilot I’ve seen.
Exactly my thoughts as an ex RC pilot. Very subtle inputs are the key.
i'm fucking good , just give me the same model :)
How many rc’s have you see at this scale…..
There's always that rich guy that shows up with the biggest, baddest toy lol....BEAUTIFUL!
Wow I never knew a RC jet could be so close to being a real jet! Just wow
Ugh, lol do you know what a drone is? They also have actual fighter jets that are remote controlled.
This is outstanding, but, if I spend 70k I'm gonna to be flying in it.
You won't get 437k views on the Toob though.
The fact that all of that was accomplished by a dude with a man-bun is perhaps the most amazing thing.
Man bun and Jorts. I bet his boyfriend is very proud of him.
@@pepwaverley2185 no you are

The slow roll @3:25 was amazing. Awesome flying skills.
That has got to be the coolest thing I've seen in a long time
The docile landings are especially impressive. It's almost like it was helium filled. Truly amazing. Can't imagine putting $75k in the air like that but glad you're able to. Respect and admiration.
Looked like he was awfully close to stall speed. Though apparently this man knows his plane very well!
I suspect he had LOTS of landing practice before he ever considered investing that much in a model.
really dude that's the best smooth rc jet that I have ever seen✌
Jackal_21 Buying a real plane costs magnitudes more in operating costs.
You had me until it's part of evolution? Lmao 🤣
@@dannydannydannydanny :)) Isn't going from paper planes to wood and then to the one above mean evolution in a certain domain? I didn't mean mankind or conscience evolution :)
@@Seneslau07My bad, shouldn't be watching RUclips vids in middle of night 🤦🏽♂️
Yup, life is short. Live.
That is so impressive.
Well done on the build and flying.
One thing it’s missing, is before taking off, have the pilot turn his head toward the spectators and give them a thumbs up. That would be perfect!
ikr 🤣
🤣🤣🤣
They could have fit at least two babies in that plane. Do u want more views or not?

I get nervous flying my $200 r/c planes. I can’t imagine putting $70,000 of model plane in the air! Great video and that’s a really skilled pilot!
When you have a plane like this, clearly money is of zero concern, probably makes 70k a day. Meanwhile 64 payments left on my 2004 ford fiesta with power windows.
Yes It's Me ha ha
WOW! That's an awesome Rc jet. Very skilled control. Looks and sounds like the real ones. I have never seen these before. Great job.

Very cool video! And, yes, thank you for not adding music.

Its would need an auto pilot for that price
Congrats for having the balls to actually fly that amazing machine.
