I said the same things before realizing these are demons on one assignment, and it has no other function and personality.
The Narc is putting letters and cards in my mailbox, popping up where I shop, and stalking around my house. In one of his letters he stated that he made a bad decision going back to his ex. I will never take him back after he brutally discarded me. He treated me like I was nothing.

They will find a way to stalk and Hoover you but it’s only when something goes wrong with whatever situation they’re in.

My ex narc post his new supply on Facebook New Year’s Eve because I didn’t allow him to come to my house, I filed for divorce.The new supply was posting my ex when we are still married. Now karma just hit the new supply and she is on social media explaining lol

I looked into my exa eyes as he strangled the life out of me. The same eyes I loved and would have k!lled amd d!ed for but to him I was disposable. I could t even fight back I loved him so much. Now he is with an unattractive problematic insecure person who causes him drama. I was saved in that moment by God so he could end up punishing himself with his poor quality new supply. Negative energy works very good for narcissist due to the fact that this keeps their person bound and stuck on them. It’s a psychological in the emotional trick that they do because they figure there so long they can have an argument with you at the same time try to blame you for the argument it keeps you stuck. And yes you have in trauma bond, so what they do is they figure they have you in a little box And they can do what they Gotta do with whomever or whatever because I feel that you’re too angry and later you gonna want to resolve it or you gonna wanna try to make it better but in actuality, it’s only working out for the betterment of them
Well he pulled up to see me yesterday in HER CAR . I had already detached beforehand. I realize I had nothing to be jealous of . I know and I believe that there’s a man for me who won’t embarrass me the way he’s embarrassing her. Saw her car , it was filthy on the inside . Looked a mess . I needed to see it and I’m glad I did cause now I know I cried over him for nothing . He said their relationship wasn’t MY business and that OUR business wasn’t HERS . I immediately detatched further and further. Because of him and all the repetitiveness from all these narcs , I JUST HAVE LOST ALL TRUST AND HAVE NO EMOTIONAL RESPONSE TO NOTHING .

They were vacationing etc. it’s been a year and he’s now left that supply with a new baby and is on to another supply. I stayed quiet the whole time. Even when he expected me to go off. I figured out I didn’t react how other supplies have in the pass. He did all that for nothing

I sure have experienced this loooool Going through it now, all of a sudden he wants to move back in.... (He never lived with me btw, he just stayed at mine when the other supply, (his bm called police on him). So he'd hide at mine & front like she just calling police because she's jealous of our relationship. But once I found out it was all lies, he could no longer run between us and had to find a new supply, new girl pops up tells me everything, she goes mad because she was lending him money he hadn't paid bk and she pulls up on him, he then drags her down the street & told her to gtfoh cz he don't want her & she looks like a crackhead, he did it to claim loyalty to me lool . Baring in mind he was called her the same morning I found out, treating her nicely because they were in a "relationship". Now all of a sudden he wants to spend all this time together after deserting me. I'm trying to break the trauma bond, it has been very difficult but the main thing is I know what I want for myself & its not this. Sometimes I feel helpless but I know I'm going to be OK.

He came back three years later with his father, acting like nothing happened. When I brought up the past, him and his father said they don't want to talk about it. I told them both to get off my property and go back to the new supply who you just physically and mentally beat.
I really love your videos. I watch them to make myself feel better about what I have been through. It really messed my head up a lot. I would like to tell my story... I would like to share this because I feel like other people can relate and also I would like to get it out to be on my healing journey because it is still hurting me.I have been single for a very long time. It felt like he came and swept me off my feet. He was all I could think about. Now that I look back I see he was just using me but parts of me long for the times I felt I connected to him. He started out calling me everynight. Texting me every morning. He lived a few hours away so he committed to coming every other weekend. The first few months were bliss. He made me fall in love with him. Then the ghosting came . I went all out for his birthday and he left a few days after saying he needed space. He went from everyday to just wow what just happened. I didn't know what was happening. Then he came for his birthday I went all out. I mean decorations balloons everything u could imagine. This man didn't even say thank you. He went from being the man of my dreams to someone who just was cold. That stare. That blank stare. The crazy part is before this one day he left and everything was good I just cried. It was before I even saw the signs I literally cried when he left so hard it caused me to block him from FB and everything else. I couldn't understand why I was so upset. It was my spirit rejecting his. Fast forward to me still being with him because he created that trauma bond of calling me every day just to get back to where It started from. He gave me breadcrumbs and still wanted to see me but I knew that love bombing was going to someone else. I made the mistake of calling him out. Because at this point I saw all the signs. I started realizing something wasn't right . I started researching. I made the mistake thinking I could help him to tell him he had narcissist personality disorder. All of the signs were there . His friends had even told and warned me about him. I tried to help him I said what it was and said I'm sorry whatever happened to u to make u like this. You can not accept love and I think you have narcissist personality disorder. When I say the devil came out. He immediately called me all kinds of foul names he called me screaming at me I could hear the spit coming out of his mouth. The person I thought I was helping turned. Oh and he turned dirty. The girl he started seeing before he discarded me he had her call me. He started writing me from fake FB pages and I knew it was him and when i text him after that he not only had her text me he called the police on me for texting him 😅. Like what ? He literally skewed all reality and got me wrapped in the most weirdest toxic shit ever. I thought I was in love. He always told me he is taking time to get in a relationship but after I told him he was a narcissist he sped date got her in all his FB profile pics kissing and then got her pregnant. I made the mistake of looking at her page one day she so happy next day she posting real sad stuff. I think the devil came in my life in the form of him and I can't explain it but he is still watching me. Keep getting fake FB messages I have seen that stare that everyone talk about and he has it. I feel like I am trying to take my life back. I can't explain how crazy it has been. I rebuke the devil and I just want to stopp thinking about what he is doing with her because it is not my concern.
Stay strong and stay away. Forgive yourself for not knowing then what you know now. We have all fell victim. The demons are after your mind. God did not give us the spirit of fear but he gave us the power of strength, love, and a sound mind. Sending my support and understanding. I have been there.

Thank you for this video. It’s hard to get people to understand what it’s like to be in a narcissistic relationship. Every part of it seems crazy and I keep being labeled as crazy. I just took my ex to Vegas for the Super Bowl and he came back home and told me we were not a couple anymore, and started dating the new supply who’s been on the sideline for a year. He’s now demanding that I move out of his house, where I have lived for three years. My whole life has been uprooted because he’s trying to love bomb the new supply.
This is facts. Every time my ex wife would go visit “family” she would start an argument by text. I finally figured out wat she was doing and that was the beginning of the end..

I've been no contact for one month and a week exactly, the narc has new supply that he had to rebound to after I discarded him (he doesn't think I know about her). I've been watching every single one of your videos during this month and because of you when he contacted me off a text app I blocked his number immediately. He is hoovering because this past week I finally started posting myself again and I look even better than when he had me, and I posted inside of my guy friends expensive car after we went to a comedy show together 😂 I should've known that was going to trigger a hoover. Far as mistakes goes with a narcissist it doesn't mean anything because it repeat itself same old cycle, Because they don't learn from them that tell you right there that a narcissist is incapable of love all the way around period...So with that being said love has some since of value because God gave that emotion as a human being and this person has no clue of what a human being suppose to be in life and it very sad and it due to inner childhood was damaged by parents, I can see that far as me goes that door is close permanently there is no rekindle somethings in life is better left off and for God to deal with period, And that where I am at with this person, She is not welcome in my present ever again or life I don't care about the new supply either because it doesn't no valid period and peace....
