Thank you for sharing this information. Would you recommend to find an agency to proceed this residency permit if I am not from English speaking country? I am the Fan of your channel, watching every single video.. Thank you always.
Thank you alex!how the locals preserve their hidden gems is a reflection on how they love their history&their country.Your collaboration with savannah is great, knowing California of its fast phase life-who can resist the relaxing&peaceful life in Malta😊
Visiting malta this week thanks to your channel Alex, thanks great place today i walked from my hotel in gzira to the mall and back, Selima is wonderful
I will be travelling to Malta in August, for the 3rd time! And your videos are my guide to knowing where to go and what’s on offer in each area.. Awesome job. Thanks! Julie 🙂
Alex this is an awesome video about the Hidden Gem 💎 which your friend showed it is blessing to SEE basically I would like to visit Malta with my family to visit all the Churches and being a American graduate Pastor I would like to research on it to know how old that Churches are and I would like to visit all 365 plus Churches of Malta as I heard MALTA have 365 plus so kindly make video on Churches too NOT all but some oldest one first but right now I am praying for FUNDS to May we apply but in this video with your American friend who works as a Digital No Mat has given great info it's really helpful to know before exploring Malta as just a tourist destination ONLY which it is NOT, in the END of my comment I would like to say May God bless you both.
Thank you so much for this beautifuo detailed comment. Yes indeed Malta has 365 churches and i would most likely do a video on them, some if not all. God bless and hope you could visit soon
I'd love to hear and see a follow up video if she's still here. How does she feel about living in Malta through each season since the homes are not central heat and cooling like back in the states. How many different places on the island has she lived in? Does she still feel the same about the Maltese people? If she experienced the medical system and being in the hospital and what she thinks about that, what does she find the most difficult if anything about moving from the states to Malta which is a whole different world. It will be nice to hear from an American perspective.
Yes, always fallow your dream and make it come true. That is what she did. Her heart is in Malta and she follows it. As to you, I am sure you’ve done the same :-)
Mary 🇦🇺🙋♀️🙋♀️🙋♀️ what a lovely lady , good on her for following her dreams, wish I could live in Malta, but I could not leave my kids, thanks Alan that was very interesting, 💕💕🇲🇹💕💕🙋♀️🙋♀️🙋♀️👍👍👍
Alex I love your videos, they are so informative. Please can you make a video about Africans in Malta and how to get a residency permit please and what jobs are available. Thank you so much.
Thanks for all your videos descriptions that makes me so want to visit Malta and I really liked it so please may I can speak to you personally cuz I need your guidance and thanks
Thank you for your videos, I was wondering if you could make a video about heating in winter. Do all apartment have good heat? Is it humide and cold inside the apartment in the winter months?
Great topic, Malta is humid in geenral and we use mostly ACs, very rear to find central heating/cooling, only in new lux apartments, malta has a very poor insolation in the buildings so mould in the walls is very common in older buildings
Yes like you said some people told you . You are more Maltese than every Maltese from birth. I just stopped cooking to see this video. Very interested.
Sir I am from India I submitted my visa file processing for work permit on 9 March still there is no change on my visa application there are taking too much time what is the reason please sir reply
ALEX, NICE TO SEE YOU IN "MY BEAUTIFUL OLD PATCH" 🌊 ☀. It's good to see that the Roman Trail is being kept tidy by a group of volunteers (for more info: "Pierre Farrugia" RUclips vlog). I'm reTIRED 🧓, but I must say it is a very informative video for someone who is interested in a "Digital Nomad" permit 📝. You couldn't find a nicer "nomad" & "history guide" than lovely Savannah 🇺🇸. THANKS ALEX & Savannah - Malta is lucky to have you both as residents 👏👏. Cheers 👍 🇲🇹 ♥ 🇪🇺 ♥ 🇺🇦™
Hey John❤️ glad go learn something about the trail being kept tidy by volunteers, thanks. Savana is incredible woman and she is a very close friend of mine. She loves Malta as much as i do and i get to know more about Malta thru her🥰
ALEX - ONE thing I don't see you addressing - What about those of us who want to end up with a PERMANENT VISA or CITIZENSHIP and don"t have 300,000 dollars to invest ?? Am US and Canadian It looks like we can come and work on a work visa, is that unlimited or is there a cut off time ? And what happens when our current ends, can we stay (how long) till we find another job ? Can we at one point apply for a perm visa or citizenship ? Thanks, really like your videos I visited Malta back in 2004 on an american container ship but did not have a lot of time to explore the island.
You need to extend your working visa every year. There is no cut-off. If you lose your job, you are not automatically out. Also, you need private health care. A permanent visa is more complicated as you need to have a substantial income. If you have a profession/technical/managerial post etc, things can be easier however, you need to apply through your employer as you need to present a contract of employment that shows that you have a good salary that corresponds to your 'much-needed' employment. The system tries to narrow the possibility of people taking advantage of Malta's welfare system, like Canada's but fails miserably and the population is skyrocketing to the detriment of the locals.
@@leonardell-bon7104 NICE Leonard, thanks. SO CONFUSING. I did see that it IS good for one year and renewable. I have a ton of technical skills I hope I can find a great job. Can teach large boat sailing too, I see a lot of boats there. But prefer an inside stable job building things or fixing them Not coming till next year maybe April
I love Malta and believe I'd have no problem qualifying for the nomad visa but as far as I can tell, Unless you have half a million pounds to get residency, you have to leave when your three years are up, no path to residency. Am I missing something?
I would love stay in Malta for 30 days at least. I want to improve my English. But, this pandemic and this war have changed many things. Maybe, Canada will be a better option.
ALEX ... give us information for technical jobs like ; and what is the demand for these ? Electrician, electrician helper Yacht electrician, mechanic Sailboat Captain, sailing instructor Mechanical tech, machinery builder, control panel builder, mechanical assembler Security officer , hotel, events, condos Engine builder, automotive, boats
Hope you enjoyed her story and the gems, more info about the nomad residence permit you can find here: nomad.residencymalta.gov.mt/

Thanks Perry, i hope you liked her story
Yes, always fallow your dream and make it come true. That is what she did. Her heart is in Malta and she follows it. As to you, I am sure you’ve done the same :-)
The word Malta is derived from the Greek word μέλι, meli, "honey".
